Joey takes his hand off of my thigh and continues to drive, we get there 25 minuets later. When we get there I grab my suitcase out of the trunk, Joey and Charles gets out of the car and Joey grabs my hand with Charles walking beside me. We walk to the chairs and wait till my flight gets called, we all talk for about 30 more minuets till my flight gets called. I stand up and hug Joey.
J: I love you so much and I already miss you and I'll talk to you later.
A: I love you so much too Joey and I miss you too. I'll text you after my flight.
Joey kisses me and I kiss him back.
*Recap*
Me and Joey break the hug and I walk over to Charles and hug home and he hugs me back.
A: I love you Charles. Thanks for contacting me before summer. I was so glad that I got to come see you.
C: I love you too Ava. I'm glad that I got to see you too.
I smile and break the hug, I wave to Joey and Charles and they wave back. I walk to the gate and hand my ticket to the lady and walk into the plane and sit in my seat, I grab my phone and earbuds and start listening to music. The plane takes off 20 minuets later, it's been 10 hours and we land in 1 hour. Wherever You Are by 5 Seconds Of Summer comes on and it reminds me of Joey, tears start brimming my eyes and I look out of the window. We land 5 hours later, I grab my suitcase and walk out of the plane and walk out of the gate and my mom comes and hugs me. I hug her back.
Mom: I missed you so much Ava.
A: I missed you too.
Mom: Was it fun?
A: Yeah.
Mom: Charles said that you met a boy. Who is he?
A: Could we maybe talk about this when we get home? I'm really tired and I just want to go home.
Mom: Of course hunny.
Mom breaks the hug and smiles at me and we start walking out of the airport, we get in the car and she starts driving home. We get home 10 minuets later, I walk upstairs to my room and put my stuff away. I lay on my bed and play on my phone, Mom walks in my room a few minutes later. She sits on the edge of my bed.
A: What?
Mom: You said we could talk about this boy when we got home.
A: Fine.
Mom: Who is he to you? Is he your boyfriend?
A: Mom you sound more excited then I was.
Mom: Well yeah of course I am. It's Your first boyfriend. Is he your boyfriend?
A: Yes. His name is Joey.
Mom: How did you guys meet?
A: Charles. He's Charles best friend and he came over 1 day and we started talking then he told me he liked me and I told him that I liked him too.
Mom: What did Charles say? Is it okay with him considering you're his sister and Joey is his best friend?
A: He was okay with it he just doesn't want us to end up hurting each other because then he couldn't hang out with me and Joey at the same time.
Mom: That makes sense.
A: I'm just kind of thinking though that maybe it was a bad idea to start dating him.
Mom: Why?
A: Well because a couple reasons. 1 when we do hangout with Charles he hangs out with Charles 95% of the time and when we do hangout alone he's always on his phone, 2 he's always on tour because he's famous, 3 since he's famous we can't go anywhere without some recognizing him so we get stopped like every 3 minuets and 4 we're across the country from each other. He lives in California and I live in Pennsylvania.
Mom: Those are some very good reasons Ava. Maybe you should think about it and decide if you want to be with him or not.
A: I know.
Mom: Okay well I'm going to bed now so goodnight sweetie.
A: Goodnight Mom.
She walks out of my room shutting the door behind her, I change into pajamas and turn my light off and lay in my bed. I grab my MacBook and start watching Sam And Colby, my phone starts ringing a few minutes later. I look at it and see that Joey is FaceTiming me, I answer it.
A: Hi Joey.
J: Hey gorgeous. How was your flight?
A: Very tiring.
J: Aww I'm sorry babe. I miss you though.
A: I miss you too. How was your day?
J: It was okay. I just didn't like that I had to say goodbye to you today.
A: I didn't like that either. I wish I was back in California.
J: I wish you were back here too. I just want to hold you and cuddle like we normally do.
A: Me too. Joey can I maybe talk to you about someth-
I get interrupted by Joey talking over me because Charles walks in his room.
C: Do you want to go get some pizza?
J: Yeah.
C: Okay.
J: I'll be down in a minute.
C: Okay.
Charles walks back out of Joeys room.
A: Joey, I want to talk to you abou-
J: Sorry Ava. I have to go.
Joey hangs up, I set my phone down on my dresser and continue to watch Sam And Colby. I lay down and get tears in my eyes, I quickly wipe the tears away and fall asleep a few minutes later. I wake up the next morning with a text from Joey.
J: Good morning babe😊
A: Good morning Joesph
J: Is everything okay? What's wrong? You only call me Joesph when you're mad at me.
A: I wanted to talk to you about something...
