I Wish

I wish I had a mother's love.
Instead of being that 1%,
Instead of being from the thing that didn't work.
I want my mother to love me,
To love me as my father does.
I wish she would hug me.
To hug me with meaning, not JUST a hug
Because she's never ACTUALLY hugged me
Or said 'I love you' without lying.
Her money isn't love,
It's a knife to the stomach,
It's 'I don't want to love you'.
Please, love me Mother!
Because I wish to love you as I want you to love me.
