I woke up in a blinding white room. I tried to bring my hand up to my face. I felt a tug on my hand.
I looked down to see what the tugging was. Needles and tubes sprouted from my hand.
My nose felt stuffed up and my head felt clouded. I brought my hand up to my face and tugged at the nubs in my nose. A hand reached out and stopped mine.
"You have to keep that. It helps you" I didn't know who the voice belonged to, but it was masculine.
"Who are you?" I searched around the room, my eyes couldn't seem to register anything.
Why couldn't I see anything except whiteness.
"It's Kyle. Your mom was here, but she left about an hour ago, she had to go to work"
"Oh... What... what happened to me?" I yet again tried to pull the nubs from my nose, yet again Kyle's hand stopped me.
"You really need those Sara, you got a headache, a really bad one. You passed out and some kid found you just before."
"Why... why are you here Kyle?"
"Because when I saw you get rushed in on a stretcher I was concerned the your mother interrogated me on how I knew you and after awhile she said that she needed to go to work. She then left me in charge of you in case you woke up."
"Oh okay. I'm very very sleepy. Can I sleep now?"
"Yeah Sara you can sleep."
"Alright, that sounds nice."
He laughed at me "You act funny when your under the influence of anesthesia."
"That's not very nice to say to somebody on anesthesia."
"Too bad. No sleep Sara. You need it."
"Okay, Id be happy to oblige." I said I fake British accent. I couldn't help but laugh.
I kept laughing until it turned into a low chuckle and finally I closed my eyes and finally fell asleep.
