chapter 16

Jake's POV:

Erika, Jax and Tessa are all moving in today so I'm kinda hype about that. I pick up my vlog camera and begin my intro in my bedroom. I then go downstairs and find Anthony eating breakfast. I point the camera at him.

Jake: TONERRRRRRR!!
Anthony: (looks at Jake) Bro really
Jake: You excited about your girlfriend moving in? (gets next to Anthony and points the camera at them both as he looks at Tony)
Anthony: Shut up... Are you excited about E...

I quickly stop him right there and turn my vlog camera off.

Jake: I don't wanna mention Erika to the Jake Paulers yet.. At least not today, maybe tomorrow I don't know.
Anthony: Oh okay.

Just then we heard the doorbell ring. They were here. We both run to the door and I open it. They have tons of bags and Anthony and I gladly help them. Anthony moves along with Tessa as I stay with Erika and Jax. I go upstairs and show Erika and Jax, Jax's new room.

Jake: (looks at Jax) How do you like your new room buddy? I did it just for you. And I bought you a whole bunch of new toys!
Jax: (looks around the room and smiles) love it, Jake. (he says softly)
Jake: You don't have to call me Jake, Jax. I'm your father, you can call me dad or daddy, anything.
Jax: (looks at Jake and smiles then goes straight to his toys)
Erika: (walks over to Jake) Thanks, Jake.. And don't worry, Jax is not use to having you around yet so, maybe one day he'll call you dad or something.
Jake: Yeah, I guess.. (looks at Erika) So... Erika, are you gonna sleep with me or you want your own room?
Erika: I don't think it'd be good for us to sleep in the same room or bed.. We're not together or anything, so like I guess I'll take my own room..
Jake: Oh.. Well okay.. I'll show you to your room then.

I walked her to her room and she looks around, smiling.

Erika: Thanks, Jake. Its really nice.
Jake: Yup, and my room is right next door if you ever need anything.. And Jax is just right across.
Erika: Its a perfect spot. Thank you. (hugs Jake)
Jake: (Hugs back and smiles down at her) Anything for you.

We slowly began to pull away from our hug. I look at her and she looks at me, smiling.

Erika: I'm glad we moved in, I'm kinda liking it here already.
Jake: (smiles at Erika) I'm glad you moved in too.
Erika: Starts to unpack her things. Well, if you don't mind, I should start unpacking my things.
Jake: Yeah, yeah. Go ahead.. I gotta vlog  anyways.

I smile at her and she looks at me. I couldn't help but look into her eyes even if it was just for a millisecond or something. She then starts to get busy and unpack so I leave her bedroom.
