chapter 12

I got the idea of this chapter from @staydizzy , I really liked their idea. I was gonna go somewhere else with Jake finding out about Jax but I really like this idea so I'm gonna use it. So thanks for the idea, @staydizzy ❤️

Erika's POV:

I walk out my room to find Tessa playing with Jax. She was on her phone and was recording him. "Guys isn't he just the cutest little guy you've ever seen?" Jax continues to play with his toys, smiling and laughing as he looked down. He looks up at Tessa's phone for a quick second then looks back down at his toys. Tessa gets up and shows me the video that she took.

Erika: Awww he's so cute!!
Tessa: I know right!! Hey, Erika. Guess what?
Erika: What is it?
Tessa: I'm gonna start a YouTube channel. I'm gonna vlog and show some dancing videos if I can.
Erika: Thats great, T! I fully support you!
Tessa: (hugs Erika) Yayy!! I'm so excited. Anthony already vlogs with Chance. They've got their own YouTube channel together. And Anthony said he'll help me get subscribers and plus, I'm already pretty popular because of my dancing career and I've also been in Jake's and Chanthony's vlog.
Erika: (laughs a bit) Chanthony?
Tessa: Yup. They're basically always together so everyone basically just calls them Chanthony for both of them.
Erika: Oh okay. I see. And I remember you telling me their in the Team 10 group that Jake made right?
Tessa: Yes, that's right.
Erika: (smiles at Tessa) I'm very proud of you, Tessa!
Tessa: Thanks, E. I'm probably gonna start this week or just as soon as I can.

I hug her tight, then shortly let go of her embrace when I hear the doorbell ring. I head towards the door and find Jake standing there. He smiles at me and reaches for my hand.

Jake: Let's go.
Erika: (smiles at Jake) Go where?
Jake: My spot.

I smile at him and then let go of his hand. I tell him to wait here for a moment while I quickly go back inside to find Tessa.

Erika: Hey, T!
Tessa: Yeah?
Erika: Do you mind watching Jax while I go out with Jake for a little while...?
Tessa: Yeah sure, Anthony's coming over though so I guess he can help.
Erika: Yeah that's perfectly fine. Thanks so much! (hugs Tessa)
Tessa: No problem, anything for family! (smiles at Erika)
Erika: (hugs Tessa once more) Thanks so much!

I quickly run back to the front door and go with Jake. He leads me to his car and we both get in and start heading towards our destination.

Jake's POV:

Erika and I are here at the hollywood sign where we have always enjoyed being at since we were in high school. It became more of an our spot type of thing rather than my spot. I parked the car and got out and got on the hood of the car as she did the same. I looked at her and smiled.

Jake: I'm so glad you're back.
Erika: (smiles up at Jake) I'm glad too..
Jake: Hey, Erika?
Erika: Yeah?

I look at her and smile, leaning in to kiss her. I place my lips on her lips and we kiss. After our kiss she looks at me and smiles.

Erika: You know even though you're this really famous and popular guy, you're still the same guy. You're the sweetest and always manage to make me smile.
Jake: I would never change. Fame won't change me, I promise. I'll always be the same guy as long as you're around.
Erika: (smiles at Jake) Good, I don't want it to change you, ever.

I got up off the hood of the car and take out my phone, putting our song on. I connect my phone to the car speeakers and then go out to reach for Erika's hand.

Jake: May I have this dance?
Erika: (smiles at Jake) Of course.

Erika gets up and gives me her hand. I wrap my arms around her waist, holding her close as she wraps her arms around my neck, holding me close to her. She looks into my eyes and doesn't stop smiling, I do the same because well.... I never stop smiling around her.

Erika: You remembered our song.
Jake: Well... Its important to me, so of course I'm not gonna forget our song.
Erika: Yeah, our song, our moment.
Jake: Yup. Our moment.

She kisses me on the lips quickly.

Erika: You know what this moment reminds me of?
Jake: What?
Erika: When you asked me to be your girlfriend. We were dancing to our song, and I remember being upset with you right before.
Jake: (smiles at the thought of the memory) Yes, I remember... Ms. Tennessee...
Erika: (looks at Jake and smiles) I haven't heard that in a long time.
Jake: Well you're hearing it now.
Erika: For once, I actually missed the nickname. (laughs a bit)
Jake: I could say it as many times as you wanna hear it then... Cause you know.. For you, I'd...
Jake&Erika: Do anything a thousand times over.
Erika: (smiles at Jake) That was my favorite thing you have ever said to me. All of this just brings back so many memories of our moments in high school.
Jake: I haven't forgotten any. (smiles at Erika)

For awhile, we just danced, to our song on repeat.. Like how it was the day I asked her to be my girlfriend.

Erika's POV:

Jake walked me to the front door of my house as he use to when we were in high school. I don't know why but I kinda found it charming and adorable. I looked at him and pecked him on the lips. We smiled at eachother but then shortly stopped as we kept getting interrupted by his phone notifications constantly popping up. He finally decided to see what it was all about and slid to see.

Jake: I keep getting tagged in posts about how this little kid looks like me on Tessa's instagram story.

I knew what was going on... I guess Tessa had shown Jax on her instagram story and fans caught on or something... I was so scared, I didn't know what to do.

Erika: Oh really?
Jake: Yeah, look. (shows Erika the pictures that fans tagged him in) Who is this kid?

I didn't know what to say. I was at a loss for words. Just then the front door opens as Anthony heads out with Tessa beside him.

Tessa: Oh, sorry guys I didnt know you guys were here.
Erika: Its okay, Jake was just about to leave anyways.
Tessa: Oh okay.
Jake: Hey, Tessa... Who is this kid fans keep tagging me about from your instagram story. They keep saying he looks like me and everything.

Tessa widens her eyes and looks at me nervously smiling.

Tessa: Oh, uh...

Just then, I hear Jax coming towards us. "Mommy!!!" he says, running towards me with open arms.

[Sorry for the late update. I've been busy lately so I don't know if I will be able to post a chapter everyday, but trust me, I will try & I know you guys want longer chapters so I'll try, but if I can't, I'm sorry. And I love you guys!!!❤️❤️]
