"Aww come on, Messenger. You can't avoid me forever!" Venvare complained as he chased after the new Colonel.
"You should've thought of that when you joined Jeffrey's ship!" Messenger retorted.
"Come on, Mess. It was either that or I got fired. Would you want that?"
"No but I'd rather you go on any other ship than his." Messenger approached her door and was about to slam it when Venvare shoved his hand through the tiny free space between the door and the wall. He winced a little at the pain but quickly shook it off.
"Just listen to me. I've worked four years to get to this rank so I can get back on this ship. Four years. Don't you think I deserve at least a little bit of credit?" Venvare asked.
"Credit, sure. But you didn't have to leave." Messenger stated.
"I had to. Now for God's sake can you let me in? My hand's about to snap off." Venvare complained. Messenger sighed as she opened her door and let Venvare in.
"Okay, Venny-" Messenger started.
"Hey, you remembered my nickname." Venvare smiled.
"As I was saying..." Messenger continued.
"Oh. By the way, Mr. President wanted to tell you and Ario about the Royal Olympics. He said that this year you can make your own teams." Venvare interrupted.
"Okay. Okay. Talk about it later. But now that we're alone.." Ario barged in the room.
"Everyone's making bets on Jigglypuff. Control it." Ario said rapidly. Messenger and Venvare started laughing.
"Are you kidding? I started that bet." Messenger said with a chuckle."Half of the spaceship thinks that thing's gonna look just like you. So I'm getting rich off of there things."
"That's not fair." Ario grumbled.
"Wanna join in? One-hundred dollar entrance fee." Messenger asked. Ario looked towards the door to see if Jigglypuff was going to enter the room. After assuming she wasn't coming, Ario pulled out a hundred.
"I bet it's a girl with my hair color, my color eyes, and a look similar to Jigglypuff's." Ario spat out quickly while looking at the door.
"I bet the same thing." Venvare and Messenger said in unison."We're the only ones on the ship that think of that."
"Exactly," Ario agreed."So about them Royal Olympics..."
"I know who's gonna be on the team," Messenger cut in."And it's gonna be epic."
