A Fun Day

Shayne's POV

She pulled away
Shayne-How?
Courtney-I don't know
She just came and hugged me again
She started to cry again
Noah and Keith walked away winking at me before leaving the building
I roll my eyes
I take Courtney upstairs to the squad office
Olivia had already left to eat with Mari leaving me and Courtney alone
Shayne-Explain what happened.
I say pacing back and forth
Courtney-I don't know. I kept having flashes of you and me.
Shayne-Do you remember everything
Courtney-No,just only to a certain part
I nod
How does this happen?!
Courtney-Do you really love me as much as you say you do?
I turn to her
I head towards her grabbing her shoulders
Shayne-Yes,and I would do anything to keep you safe.
I let go and turn around
Courtney-Can we go eat something? I'm hungry
Shayne-Yeah

Courtney's POV
He turns my way and holds my hand
Shayne-Let's go
I get up and we start to head out
We decided to go to the place where we were going to have our first "date"
We head there and find a place to sit
We order and wait for our food
It was kinda awkward but I could tell he tried to make it not awkward
He's so sweet
I'm glad I remember him
It really upsets me that all of this will go away tomorrow
Cause I'll forget
Today,I just got lucky
Lucky enough to remember such a perfect guy
I guess he saw my face change expressions
Shayne-Hey,what's wrong?
Courtney-Nothing
I say trying not to sound upset
Shayne-Cmon, tell me
I sigh
Courtney-I know I'll forget this tomorrow,which really upsets me
I put my head down
Shayne-Hey,it's okay.
Courtney- Don't you mind me forgetting you?
Shayne-No
I feel kinda offended and hurt
Courtney-Why?
I say a bit meaner than intended
Shayne-Because I love how I can make you fall in love with me everyday. I love "reliving" you saying you love me
I blush a bit
He really does love me. Like a lot
He stares at me with his wonder eyes
We finish eating
We head out and start to walk once again. We decide to go back to the office
Now that I think of it.
He's been my first kiss
I've had many first kisses
Also,if he loves me so much,why am I not his girlfriend?
Courtney- Are we a couple?
I look at him and it looked like that question really got to him
Shayne-I couldn't do it
Courtney-Why not?!
I said kinda raising my voice
Shayne-Because I honestly don't think it'll work out for us a couple. Especially with your condition
Courtney-So it's my fault?!
Shayne-No! I just think stuff would get complicated.
Courtney-But you obviously love me sooo much,you'd do anything
He turns me way with a bit anger
Shayne-I do! I do love you! But I honestly can't stand me everyday filling you with more drama than there has to be!
He turns back and starts to walk again
Did we really have an argument?
It was about 7 minutes of silent walking
Courtney-I'm sorry.
He just sighs
Courtney-I mean it. I'm sorry that I said that. I was just a bit upset about it.
He sighs again
Shayne-It's okay
He puts his arm around my shoulder
I lean in
I hate myself
I hate myself for ever dating that guy
Steven
He caused the accident
I hate him
I want to remember Shayne. Forever
We make it to the office
I head in
I feel really out of place
When we get into the squad office I'm greeted with Shayne's friends
I remember them
I smile and say hi
They really are nice
They kept talking to me and asked me questions
We played board game most of the time since they had nothing to film
They decided to film a squad vlog of them playing a game
They were about to start rolling
Noah-Do you want to be in it
Courtney-Su...
Shayne-No
I looked at him
Courtney-Why not?
Shayne-Well,we do get fans on street and I don't want you tomorrow to be walking and all of a sudden someone recognizes you
Olivia-I mean we could blur her face
Keith-Yeah
He shrugs
Shayne-Alright
I was a bit upset that I couldn't "show" my face,but all of that didn't matter when they turned the cameras on
Noah-Hey guys! So, today we're bored in the office so we decided to play a board game.
Olivia-And....
Keith-We have a special guest with us
Noah-Shayne,care to introduce us to her?
He sighs
Shayne-We'll guys,this is Courtney. She's a friend of ours
Courtney-Hi guys!
I said waving my hand
Noah-Now just to clarify
Olivia-Her face is blurred because she doesn't feel comfortable showing her face to such a big crowd
Keith-So give her some love down in the Comments
I started to giggle a bit
We played the game and it was really fun
We made jokes and I made some pretty good jokes
Which was an exciting feeling
They're sooo funny and I now get to see how Shayne acts around his friends
I honestly think he's cuter around his friends
Today was a great day.
I wish it didn't have to end
But soon enough
It did
