Chapter 9.2 Escape

I did not sleep very well I kept seeing something but it would only be a flash I thought it was Tack being tied up and forced to watch something but I didn't know what it was. All I know was that he was in pain. He looked like he was loosing everything.

I woke up breathing hard again my neck was stiff and even my arms and legs hurt. I looked at the clock it was ten I hadn't slept long at all. I tried to call Tack in my head.

"Tack, Tack."

"Cherry are you okay?"

'Yes I'm fine just stiff I didn't sleep good I had a weird dream it was only flashed but you were in pain.'

'Yes I had a dream vision last night our minds must have been linked in our sleep.'

'What was it about Tack? You were tied up, what were you being forced to watch?' He was silent for a while. 'Tack please tell me. What was it about?'

'We are going to have to get you out of there now today. Go wake everyone up I will call them in just a minute.'

I ran to Serena and Henry's room and then woke up Jock. We waited for the phone. It finally rang.

"Hello." Henry answered.

'Call the moving company get Cherry out of that house. Tell anyone how asks that you are helping Cherry move her family to Europe that they decided to travel there and can't come back to move so they asked you to move them.'

"Okay we are going now." Henry said. And we started to pack.

We packed quickly, the moving company came in about 2 hours. It was a vampire owned one but that wasn't well known. The movers packed two large trailers and we were done before seven in the morning.

"Okay now what?" I asked Serena.

"We will leave Henry and Jock will stay behind and get all your records from the school."

"But they will want to know where I am going to go to school so they can send the records wont they."

"They might but we will tell them you are going to be home schooled because your parents plan on traveling to Europe with us for a while. You do have a passport don't you?"

"Yeah my mom wanted to go to Italy next summer so she had gotten all of us a passport to prepare for the trip."

"Good that way people in town wont question us about that I'm sure she would have gotten them here in town right?"

"Yes it was all people could talk about of about a week. That's what happens in a small town."

"Okay we are all ready to go." Henry came in to my old room holding the last box. "You two will drive with the movers to Florida where you will board the freight boat going to Europe." I looked at him confused. He leaned over and whispered in my ear. "We have to make the illusion you are going we will more then likely be followed once we are on the boat Tack is going to open a door way so we can drive thru but the timing has to be perfect. And we have to make sure no one is following us Serena will go thru last after the trucks and you then Tack will close the doorway. It will be fine you should make it to the boat in about 5 hours." He handed Serena and white envelope. "Here are the boat arrangements. Be safe both of you Don't stop till you are on the boat." He gave Serena a kiss goodbye and gave me a kiss on the top of my head and hugged us both tightly them walked us down to the trucks.

The truck drivers were tall and pale and mean looking. The taller of the two gave me a quick smile. It made me feel much better they looked like bodybuilders.

'Cherry you are going to be okay their names and Dedrick and Stetheno they are protectors they will fight anyone who tries to harm you' Tack's voice soothed me and I smiled to myself.
