Chapter 16 - Aries Sign

Aries pov

He finally leaves me alone after explain things I already know. I mourn and grief for Ryan in 3 days, but the 4th days I stop eveything and search for the truth.

The present Ryan left me was actually unrelease program he develop together with Leo. That is the dics that cost his life. Maybe Ryan sense something is wrong so he took early precautionary step by leaving the complete progrom with me, and took the worng one with him.

I spend 5 years hack into the system using Ryan app the one I call TPA. Not only did I hack into DOF, I even hack every security company in the city. I didn't left any rookies as I seek the truth like a mad man.

I look through every cctv recording, voice recording, datebase, office information, employee background and many more. I even trespassing inside the company and search throung their belonging. That's how I got the name Phantom. I always there but they never sense me.

It was an ambush. Their enemy plan that ahead to steal the dics but Ryan secure it. Ryan change the location last minute. He calls for back up the moment before they were ambush. But the question is who. Who is the enamy? Whose team kill Ryan? Why Ryan left the disc with me? What should I do with it? Should I give it back to Leo?

I hate him.. but I can't ignore Ryan words. Argh.. this is too complicated its making me insane.. and I'm hungry too. I block my thoughts and walk out from the room. I go to the kitchen and look for food. Miracally there's food stand by for me on the dining table. I'm bless.

"Hungry?"

"Stupid mother fucker son of a bitch!" I curse because I'm hell shock with Leo sudden comment.

His eyes wide open as he lean beside the door. "Sorry."

"Are you a ghost, a casper or a spirit." I still startle and my heart beat raise up like a roller coster ride.

"Sorry."

"I hate you." I mumble as I pull the chair and sit on it.

Leo come closer and take the plate with food putting them in the microwave. I guess he's heating up my food. He didn't said that. I guess the food is for me.

I am right when he place the plate back to my sight and hand me spoon and fork. I take it and start eating without caring about his existent.

"Aries.." His unexpected calls startle me again and I choke by my food.

He imediately pour glass of water and hand it to me. I glup the liquid as he pats my back slowly. Choking really isn't fun.

"Stop startle me. Are you trying to kill me." I'm annoy and mad.

"Sorry."

"Go away." I elbow him because he stand behind my back patting me like a dog. I'm not a dog. Stupid Leo.

He take the seat beside me and I glance at him with my flame eyes. Why must he sit there. They are plenty more empty seat and he choose to sit beside me.

"Leave me alone." I boardcast the don't-you-mess-with-me vibe to repel him away.

"I can't. This is my house"

"I told you to leave me. Not leaving you house dumbhead." I mock him freely.

His eyebrow wringkle as I scan him secretly then focus on my food again. He corrected his posture by leaning on the table side with his arm fold on his chest.

"You are not startle with the fact you are in my house."

"Do I need too?" I ask indifferently.

"Maybe you should." His voice is too low he got my attention.

"I don't care." I hide back my curiousity.

"Anything can happen."

"Such as?"

"Do you really want me to elaborate it."

"Please.." I speak as I hand the empty glass on his face.

He frown."Please what?"

I wave the empy glass and look at the water bottle on his side. He looks back at me and smile. I frown. Why did he smile?

"I though you want me to elaborate it." He takes the glass and fill it then hand it back to me.

I take it and drink it in one go. That refreshing. Now I'm full.

"Aries.."

The glass fall from my grip and shattered around the floor after he calls. I startle again. Why he keep calling my name..?

"Its your fault. You keep startling me." I make excuse imediately after meeting his furrious glare.

"Don't get down. I'll clean this first." He told me not to get down but he get down from his seat. "Don't leave until I told you." He speaks firmly.

I stare blankly as he get the broom and sweep the shattered glass attentively. He sweeps again and again until its clean and throw the shattered glass aways.

"I'm sorry." I mumble in my small voice avoiding his eyes by look down the floor.

"Aries.."

I flinch and look up. "Don't call my name..!" I growl.

He looks at me disbelief. "Then what should I call you? Madam? Boss? Missy?"

I get down from my seat and bump on his shoulder intentionly while walking toward the living room.

"Aries.." He calls with his annoy tone.

I turn and shoot him my deathly glare. "Shut up dumbhead."

He walk behind me following me like a puppy. I plop on the couch and act like I own this house. I reach the remote control and switch on the TV. Then search for fun program to watch.

"We need to talk. Stop avoiding the issue." Finally he roars. Its getting annoy seeing his calm expression all the time.

"I don't want to talk."

"Isn't this what you want. The truth behind your brother ---"

"Shut up..!!" I speak firmly and I'm damn serious. He stop his sentence and sigh heavily.

"Aries.."

"Shit..!" I curse on him. "Is my name your new obesession or what. Why do you keep calling me. There are 12 zodiac and why must you stick with Aries. Just call the other sign. Virgo.. cancer.. or Libra. Why must Aries.. Shit.. stupid.. blood monster.."

"But that is you name."

"Not anymore. I'm Libra now." I jeer at him.

"That's make the both of us start with alphabet L." He smirks.

"I hate you."

He laugh a second before plops beside me on the couch. "Lets talk. Please."

Shit.. he really persistent. He stare at me with his sad and painful eyes its hard to refuse him. Ryan words keep ringing in my ears telling me to listen to him. I hate this.. I don't want him to said I was wrong. I resent him for 5 years but with just some moment he manage to open my heart to let him in.

"I hate you." I sound so weak convincing myself.
