Chapter 18 - Really Doom Now

Aries pov

The longer I stare at Leo picture, the greater despice I feel. He lied to me. The moment I ask about Ryan killer, I know, he lied. He lied about Ryan, he lied about the disc. There is noway he caught the killer when me myself fail to collect the prove.

"Aries.."

Damn.. I throw the can in the dustbin when I heard Deemia voice through the intercom.

"What?" I growl.

"Open the door. I need to talk to you."

I press the button to let her in my secret base. This is the main base I carry out my dark operation. I built this base 2 years ago and only Choel and Deemia know the location.

"What do you want dumbhead?" Before she could sit I bash on her.

She throws a pendrive on my desk and smirks. "I got your prey."

My eyes widen. "Really? How did you got him while I couldn't even lay a finger on that man."

I plug in the pendrive and run it. I selected a video and play it. My eyes widen as the anger slowly crawl in my head monopoly my rational thought. I slam on the desk after finish watching the video.

"When you got this?" I ask nervously.

"few days ago. I call you like and idiot. Where did you disappear? I thought you're death."

"Leo catch me. That tricky Choel makes thing complicated. Now I'm doom."

She laughs on my sentence histerically. "Finally.. I thought you would hide forever."

"He lied to me saying Ryan case settle already. That pathetic Leo treat me like a fool."

"Now what? You got your prey, are you going to kill that man?"

I shake my head and sinister smile plaster on my lips. "Before I kill him.. I kill you first."

Deemia put her goofy smile and wave her hand in the air gesture me to stop. "Come on.. I'm just joking ok?"

"Joking your ass. Pay back time." I grab my fake revolver and shoot at her.

I made this last month for fun. The revolver still fire but not with real bullet but with pinball. Although it can't kill you, its still hurt alot.

"Stupid.. its hurt." She groans in pain but goofy laugh escape from her mouth. I shoot her one last time and throw the toy in her direction. She still piss me off with her comment on our barbecue day.

"Auch.. you didn't go easy on me." She sulks.

I glare at her annoyingly. "You start it first."

"Chill lead.." She joke around and plop on the empty seat.

Before I can discuss futher stuff with Deemia, my second phone ring. I glance at it and reject the call because Leo name show up on the screen.

"Wow.. now he calls you." She tease.

"Don't make me shoot you again." I hiss.

The phone ring again and I reject it once more. Its ring again and I hiss. I grab the phone and throw it in the drawer after shut it down.

"Maybe its important."

"Do I look like I care. Let him be, I'm done caring."

"So what's the plan?" She speaks seriously after a while.

"I need solid prove other than this." I point at the pendrive. "I need more. Anything.. document, witness, video, voice recording, phone call list.. anything."
