Chapter 19 - I'll Beat You

Leo pov

I'm not playing around when I warn her stop playing hide and seek with me. I wake up that morning only to see her not in my house. I almost fired all my CPO for letting her go without surveillance.

"Don't come over..!" She raise her hand telling me to leave her alone.

"Just give up Aries. You can't run from The eyes." I smirk.

I step toward her as she keep step backward. She don't have any idea how worried I am. I can't affort to lost her too. She's everything to me now.

"Stay away or I'll beat you. I'm serious." She already in her fighting position with her fist on my face.

"You want to beat me?" I ask calmly to the little girl.

I walk toward her calmly but she is cover in cold sweet. Then she turn to the left and run. Damn.. why does everyone in their little gathering like to run away. I chase her imediately and grip on her shoulder.

That the time she twist and land a punch but I catch it with my palm. She raise her leg and kick but I dodge easily with her still in my grip. She shove my hand and free herself. I catch her again and this time she turn and slap me right on my cheek.

I turn to her with thousand of mix feeling. I let her slaps me. I let her release her anger. That's all I can do to make her feel better.

"Stupid..!! Why you didn't dodge it?" She is full of confuse. "You can catch a punch, dodge a kick, but you can't avoid a slap..?? What are you.. stupid.. dumb.. slow.. idiot?"

I stay silent at her raging state.

"Why didn't you avoid it?" She still screaming.

I keep my mouth shut because I still sense her stroming anger.

"You're the next heir of succesful security company but you can't even avoid a girl slap." Her mocks goes on So does her raging anger.

I just stay silently like a child being scolded by the mother. Then she walks toward me and touch my cheek, the one she slaps before.

"Does it hurt?" She ask concernly.

I nod but didn't break our eyes contact. She caress my cheek again and sigh.

"Why you didn't dodge it? Seriously, what if I punch you, you could lose few teeth there."

"Because you said you want to beat me. So I let you beat me." I answer in my small voice.

"Stupid." She's irritated.

I take her hand and look at her seriously. "I was worried. Why did you left without saying anything? I call you but you didn't answer me."

"So you hack in my system and mess with my app instead?" Her eyes widen and she shoot a deadly glare at me.

"I need to hear from you but you keep ignore me."

"Seriously? Just because I ignore you, you plant virus in my app, shambles my cctv and chase me around like some lunatic mad man?"

"No. I would never go that far just because you ignore me."

She shrug. "Then why?"

"Because you made me worry, I can't keep calm, I can't think, I need to hear from you."

She throws a light punch in my chest and blow her cheek. "Stupid."

I take her other hand and play with her fingers. "Lets go home."

She pull back her hand and rest them on her waist while stare at me like I just commit the greatest sin of all time.

"What are you talking about?" Her voice raise to another octave.

"You are moving in with me." I stated it easily.

She jumps backward and raise her hand to me telling me to stop. "Wow.. wow.. noway..! I'm not moving in with you."

"Yes..you are."

Before she could run again, I catch her and carry her on my shoulder.

"Put me down! put me down!" She screams histerically and smack on my back.

"No." I answer firmly as I walk toward the car.

"This is kidnaping. This is a crime. This is ---"

"You point a gun on me, you hack in my system, and you beat me. That's the example of real crime Aries." I remind her.

I walk faster and force her get inside my car. I hop in the passenger seat. She struggle to open the door but I already set it, it can only be open from the outside.

"Move." I order Jonathan and he drives away silently.

Aries still dissatisfied with the situation but I'm not negotiate this matter with her. Until I'm sure she is safe from my hidden enemy that I'll let her free.

"You can't cage me forever. I'll always have my way to ditch you." She end the silent treatment.

My eyebrow raise as I look at her disbelief. "You can try but there is noway you can ever ditch me again."

"Oh really." She smirks and that send chill over my bone. I pull her closer to me and secure her. "Bullshit.. what's wrong with you." She hiss coldly.

"Just stay with me Aries. Until I settle everything." I mumble without looking at her.

"Until when?" I turn to her when she ask that. Did she understand what I'm trying to say. Did she understand my hidden message?

"I don't know."

She let out a dry laugh as she glare at me. "You and your never ending lies."

I frown.

"Liar. I hate you."

She push me and lean her head by the window. No wonder they call her The eyes. She see through my lies and I really need to keep my eyes on her. I have a hunch, she'll create another great disaster.
