Chapter 20 - I Want To Kiss You

Aries pov

I can't ditch him. I'm stuck with him for a month already. He let me left the house but his CPO was always there to guard me. I can't even meet Deemia to take my stuff back. I tried to ran away once but he found me in two hours with his furry and terrifying face. I can't risk anything and I still haven't found the last disc.

"Why you keep sighing?" Choel asked after my third sighed.

"My life is too complicated." I sighed again.

"Complicated?"

"I wish Leo never know who I am. Its all your fault." I hiss coldly.

"Hye.. its yourself who broke the secret." She rolled her eyes on me.

"You should have stop me, not telling him."

Choel chuckled over my sentence as she sipped her tea annoyingly. Then she gave me her mischievous glare. I hiss again.

"Do you feel better now?" Choel serious tone got me.

That was deep. I know what hidden under her simple question. Its a simple question but I don't have the answer.

"I don't know." I replied truthfully.

"How you feel about Leo? You still want to kill him?"

I shook my head slowly. I don't want it anymore. In fact I'm happy he is here with me.

"Don't get blind by what you heard Ari.. Secure him well because you never know when he'll leave.. forever."

Its like I was stabbed thru my heart listen to Choel warning. I observe Leo for years, I realize he got many enemy want to drag him down. His works is dangerous. I know that.. I lost Ryan because of that. I clearly don't want to lost Leo too.

"Fuck off." I raised from my seat and left her alone. Choel pushed the right button in me. She always see thru me. I hate that.

I stop by the store and buy few can of beer. I need to clear my head. I need to get back on my track. I need to think this again.

I wait for Leo return as I watch the uninterested television program nervously. I've change the channel few times but still haven't found what to watch. Its getting late. Why he's not home yet? After a while Leo return home and I sighed in relief.

"How was your day?" He start the conversation.

I aim at him like I'm ready to kill him. He took off his tie and rolled up his sleeve. He reaveal his muscular forearm to my sight. So I remove my gaze.

"Did you have dinner?" He asked again.

I didn't answer. My eyes focus on the channel but my heart totally focus on him. I wait for him to come home everyday and everyday I felt like dying. He remind me how I wait for Ryan to come back and he came back in the coffin. I don't want to lost Leo too.

"You want me to make you something to eat?" He asked for the third time.

Maybe he bored to get answered from me so he went to the kitchen. I could heard he was making something but don't have any idea what he was doing. Later he join me in the living room with sandwich in his palm.

He gave me the sandwich but I didn't take it.

"You're not hungry?"

I didn't answered him again. He sighed heavily but still give me a warm smiled.

"Eat Aries.. I know you haven't eat anything." He waved the sandwich in front of me.

I look at him briefly before opening my mouth asking him to feed me. He sat beside me and start feeding me bite by bite. Its been a month I stuck with my weird feeling.

"Why are you late?" I asked in my small voice.

"Too many stuff need my attention." He answer politely.

Attention huh..?? I smile in disbelief to my pathetic stated. I also one of the thing need his attention. I'm craving for his attention for years.

"What stuff?" I asked shortly.

"Work related." He gave me another sandwich to bite on.

I cheewed slowly with my eyes on the channel. A moment later he let out his chuckled and I was puzzling.

"What..!"

"You're waiting for me, do you?" He smirked.

"I don't. What make you think that? Why would I wait for you? Its nice having this house all by myself. Its better if you didn't come home at all." I growled back. Fuck.. what am I talking about. That's not what I mean. He almost got me so I'm nervous.

"That's better. I have upcoming operation so I might not be home ---"

"Where are you going?" I cut his sentences. I don't like this. I don't want this.

He raised his eyebrow at me. "Work."

Thousand of mix feeling roar in my heart. Leo is joining an operation. He'll be back right..?? He will return right..? Don't end up like Ryan.. I don't want to go through it again.

I stood from my seat and rushed in the kitchen. I took the beer and drink it in one shot. I open the next can and gluped it too. When my hand reach the third can, Leo snatched it from me.

"Why are you drinking?" He growled.

I took another can and drink it. But he snatched it too so I hissed coldly at him. Damn.. this is no me. I walked back to the couch but my head spinning.

"Aries.." He called but I ignored him.

Choel words rang in my ears. You never know when he'll leave.. forever.

Slowly I turned to face him because he stood behind me. "I want to kiss you." That sentence slipped from my mouth. I don't want to deal with regret.

"Are you crazy..!!" Of course he was shock.

But I don't care. I grabbed his collar and peek on his lips. Then I took few step back.

He was speechless and so am I. We both was put in this silence as the stroming mix feeling keep howling. He still shock.

"I want to kiss you." This is so not like me. I know.. this is not me.

"If you want to kiss me, do it properly." He smirked.

Before I could move he pulled me to sat on his lap. Not only he manage to hacked in my system, he hacked in my heart too.
