Ella's POV

I stared out of the outpost looking for anything remotely useful for us in getting out of here the others were doing. It's still kinda night time here maybe the islands have different time settings.

Right now there were no Grillers present which means this could be our window of opportunity to escape, but we need our boat it's the only way to get out of the island safely." Maybe we can ambush them...-" I mumble to myself the I hear little footsteps from behind me. I turn and see that it was Eliza but something was wrong. "Hey...Eliza what's wrong?" Said holding my distraught daughter. She was crying and mumbling about not being like her. I was confused." Sweetie answer me what's wrong!" But it was useless, she was breathing heavily kept looking at her hands. I hugged her tightly and hummed to her. After a few minutes she passed out.

"What happened I Heard crying is everything alright?" Sam came running while holding a roller.

I nodded." Yeah she just...saw something crazy." I guessed not sure what was really wrong. I sighed standing up and carried my daughter. "Sam could you watch her for bit I'll cover your side."

"Uh yeah sure." He agrees taking her. He pause for a bit then asked me."Your wife...you said she is still out there?" He asked and I nodded rubbing Eliza's spot making her curl." I know she's fine, Lizer...she is strong and won't ever give up on her family." I said and looked out into the sea of dark green water. Hoping that I was right and that she will find us.

Lupus POV

"Yes!!" I heard Odazai say as he removes his goggles and starts putting his tools away.

I looked up at him seeing him turning on the boat and it actually turned on. I was surprised and happy that he got it fixed.

"Great job Odazai!" I said genuinely relieved. Now i can save my family and get out of this hell hole.

"Alright Odazai great work on fixing the boat." Tokoji said walking in and giving him a thumbs up. Nyokoji nodded in agreement and Kai and Mina were glad to but they were still in the deck resting for whatever reason I don't know of.

I sat up finally being able to move properly and flexing my hands. The poison or whatever finally wore off and now it was time for payback! "Let's get back my family!"

Ella's POV

I was resting for a bit next to a sleeping Eliza and eating a chocolate bar when I heard a larger thumping sound go off, like it sounded like it fell. I looked around to see where it came from. I glared at the Wereinkling in front of me and grabbed my Charger. " Take one more move and I'll splat you." I warned threateningly no way it was gonna take us out.

"S-stop I no harm you." It said and I was surprised it could speak. She has a feminine voice,so that means it is a she. "Then why are you here!" I inquire as I charged my Gootuber.

She shuffled around her paws and glanced at Eliza. I raised an eyebrow at her. "I try finding papa with her, the yellow one is gone." She said referring to Lizer. "I need find papa. Miss papa!" She said again. Her squidlish was terrible not to mention she was talking crazy. 'Misses her papa? Does she mean the one who turned her? Professor Octo... he's dead.

I shook my head."Look kid...whatever your name is. Only an Octoling named Octo created the Wereinklings, no one else and he's dead." I explain. Lizer destroyed the Dome and everything nearly losing her life because she wanted to end Octo. Make him pay for what he'd done.
