Chapter 5: The Red Moon

Lizer's POV

I woke a little over past noon feeling great I did a stretch while getting out of bed. I felt so good today. I really needed that last night and I also really love touching Ella all over I'm definitely doing that again tonight, maybe while we're moon viewing.

I held back a evil yet gleeful laugh mI didn't want to wake her up yet. I looked down at Ella who was still asleep. I resisted the urge to take her again. My WereInkling DNA was acting up again.

I headed to the bathroom as I was washing my face I jerked back as I noticed my reflection, my tentacles are now completely red! No wonder the guy freaked out yesterday when I picked up our food this might be a problem....I mean I'm ok with walking around with Ella's ink spots on me, but this isss...going to attract a lot of attention.

"Morning Lizer." Ella mumbled sleepily from behind me making me jump a little. I turn to her and smile "Morning beautiful, how are you feeling? " I asked as I wrapped my arms around her waist and brought her close for a tender kiss. She lazily kiss me back, as she was still sleepy.

"Sore and worn out." She replied reaching for her toothbrush behind me. " You made us turn in earlier than usual."She pouted while brushing her teeth.

I chuckled at her. "Well I'm sorry sweetie but since the moon viewing doesn't starts until 8pm today and since we tired ourselves yesterday (wink wink). How about we go shopping, walk around, sight seeing and maybe get something afterwards. You know relax." I suggested although I did keep the romantic dinner I've planed as a surprise for her and I'm finally going to ask her to marry me.

Ella's eyes sparkle in delight after I finished my suggestion." That sounds great! Let's not dilly dally then!" I snorted at what she said. Who even says that anymore?

But with a smile like hers she can say whatever she wants. Ella loves it when I plan romantic dates anyways and I love it when she's happy and I'll do anything to make her keep smiling.

We took our shower (separately this time, darn!) we order some brunch and after finishing we headed of to the shopping area of the resort.

We were waiting for the elevator with some other inklings. And I could feel their eyes were on me and Ella, while their brains were working on my appearance.

"Um... Excuse me?" One of them began and I cut her off," ah! Don't ask it's none of your business!" I grumbled.

"But-" The other tried and I gave him a threatening glare. That shut them up. Ella was giggling at me.

"Oh Hardy-har-har very funny." I said sarcastically," You won't be laughing when you're screaming my name." I mumbled smirking to myself thinking of how I was going prepose to her after dinner and then show her just how much I love her. Just thinking about is setting me off.

"Hm? What was that?" She asked and I gave her a sweet smile."N-nothing! "I laughed nervously.She raised a brow at me.

'Geez that was close. I need to calm down before I jump her in public. Stupid DNA and it doesn't help that her scent is stronger than ever now that I can almost taste it...if that makes any sense?'

Ella was jumping with joy as she dragged me everywhere in the resort. It was decorated with lanterns and all that festival things for the moon viewing. We spent our time going to different clothing store where she bought me a Logo Aloha shirt while I bought her a Reggae tee which we immediately change into to them blending into to the scenery. As we were walking I notice a photo-booth.

"Hey, Ella wanna get some memorable pics?" I asked her pointing at the booth and she cheerfully gave me a nod, running to it and getting into the booth I soon followed after her.
