I sat there in fear of what might happen next.
Josh was silent, his face full of thought, until he began to smile.
"I always wanted a big brother." He said, grinning at me.
I gasped in happiness and felt my eyes tear up and my throat tighten.
I didn't say anything, I just wrapped myself in his arms.
"So... What's your name?" He said, still smiling.
"Frank." I said back, feeling relieved to finally tell somebody.
"Hi Frank, I'm Josh, and I have the most amazing brother ever."
I began to laugh, "Shut up before you make me cry."
At that, he laughed at me. It felt so good to have such an amazing brother. I couldn't have asked for a better one.
"I'll always protect you, Frank..." He whispered in my ear.
"Promise?" I asked.
"I Promise."
