I Need You

David's P.O.V.

"Jack, I can't deal with this right now, it's bad enough that it's happening, but just need to talk this over with Liza," I tell Jack.

"I know, David, but we need to come up with a game plan. If Congress doesn't come up with a bill, which they probably won't, we need to know how we're going to deal with this."

I can't take it anymore, I close my laptop and walk out. "Bye Jack." 

"David! Wait!" My manager yells at me, trying to get me to stay. I walk out of his office and get in my car and I break down. I start to calm down when Liza calls me. I pick up on the first ring, knowing she'd be worried if I didn't.

"Hey, bub- have you been crying baby?" Liza asked, concerned. 

I can only get one word out of my mouth, "DACA."

"Babe, where are you? I'm coming right over."

"Babe, don't. I'm at Jack's place, I'm heading to my house right now, meet me there please."

"Ok, put the Tesla on Autopilot, I don't want you crashing because you can't see. I'll see you in half an hour."

"Bye babe." I take Liza's advice and put my address in the directions and my car takes off. I can't hold back the tears. It's too hard, I look up and realize that it's pulling into my development. The car stops at my gate and I enter the pin, 5892. It's not necessary, but after the dude broke into my house, I decided to add a gate, like the rest of the people in my cul-de-sac. I'm glad to see that Liza's car isn't here yet, I can't let her see me like this, even though she's seen me worse than this.

I walk into my house after locking my car, and I head to my bathroom and wash my face. I need to get everything off my chest. My head fills with things, and I don't even hear the door open and close. I walk out and I'm met with Liza, looking at me with sympathy. "Babe. It's okay." She tells me.

"No, it's not. I'm going to have to leave the country. I'm going to have to leave Ester, Sara, and Toby. My mom and my dad. And... And you. I can't do that Liza. I just can't." I spill everything out to her. And she just stands there, listening. That's one of the reasons that I fell in love with her for, she listens. 

"Babe. It's going to be ok. We're going to get through this. I know it's hard, but we both have great managers and lawyers. If it comes down to it, I'll marry you in a heartbeat. Since the day I met you, I knew you were the one. I want to marry you. I want to have kids with you. David, I love you so much. I can't imagine my life without you in it, Bubba. Please, we'll get through this together, and I can't do this without you." Liza tells me, and I hold back the tears, this time I can. But I'm stuck with her last comment.

"Babe? What do you mean? 'I can't do this without you.'"

"Bubba, you're going to be a father." She tells me. I faint right there on the spot.

A/N Hey guys. I'm trying something new. I've lost interest in my other story, and because I can't finish stories, I shall write short ones.

Please give me ideas, and tell me if you want me to write part twos to any of my stories. I will update this story Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. JK, I'll post whenever I feel like it.
