David's mind is racing, how are these videos on the internet? He knew that some crazed fan was recording, how was he so stupid? How was it all posted so soon? He runs to his Tesla, in case more fans are recording his actions. He scrolls through them all, and each one is the same. Scott's pinning him down and they both are yelling, cut to the next clip, and sure enough, there's David, with his head in his hands and Jason's comforting him. "I fucking hate my fucking life." David mutters to himself before pulling out of the driveway and heading to Liza's to solve the fight. They both hate going to bed angry, so it only makes sense.

On the car ride over, David was thinking about what to say to Liza, but it was hard, as his mind was fogged up by his tagged posts, which have now reached his Twitter.

He pulls into her driveway, and gets out, cleans himself off, trying to look somewhat presentable. David walks to her front door, scared she won't answer, but worried she will. He doesn't have a chance to knock as the door swings open almost instantaneously. "Come in, I knew you'd be here." Liza says, ushering him in.

"I need to talk to you." David takes his shoes off, not meeting Liza's eyes, he can't bare to.

"We both need to talk, David." They walk up the stairs to Liza's living room and sit on opposite couches.

"You go first ba- Liza." David says, remembering that she doesn't want to be called "baby" for the time being.

"Ok, I need you to elaborate. I saw the videos, why the fuck was Scott stratiling you on his front lawn? And why is that all over the internet?" David sighs, he knew that she was going to bring that up at one point at the night.

"After we hung up, I muttered some words to Kristen and he didn't like that. So, as I walking out, he pushed me down and pinned me. And the reason that it's on the internet... is that people have found the address and they decided to record the whole interaction." Liza slowly nods, a new, unrecognizable expression surfacing on her face.

"What were the words?"

David looks confused. "Huh?"

"What words did you say to Kristen?"

"'Fuck you...'" Liza doesn't say anything, she just gives David a disappointed look. She gets up and walks upstairs.

She comes back a couple of minutes later with a blanket and pillow, David's worst sight. "You can sleep here, on the couch. I don't want you driving at night. Don't bother me, I have to apologize to my friend for your actions. We'll talk more in the morning." Liza says, softly. Their eyes finally meeting. They get lost in each other's eyes, they both start to lean in before snapping back to reality.

"Um... Thank you, Liza. Goodnight." Liza mutters the same before heading upstairs to bed. David sets up the couch, collapsing into a deep slumber immediately , exhausted from the day, totally forgetting about the vlog he needed to edit and post.

Next Morning

David wakes up to a delicious smell, and sight. There stands his girlfriend, quietly humming to herself while cooking breakfast. He sits up, realizing that he slept on the couch, and why. His mood instantly changes, remembering that they are mad at each other.

He gets up, and fixes the couch and blanket, trying to do something right. He walks over to the kitchen island, stretching and giving Liza a weak smile. "Morning." He mumbles, still half-asleep, his hands running through his hair.

"Morning, you look awful." Liza says, glancing up from the eggs in the pan. David's hurt, but he doesn't show it.

"Yea, you made me sleep on the couch even though you have about five extra rooms."

"You needed to learn a lesson, David. What you did was wrong, what Scott did was right. He was defending his girlfriend, you would've done the same."

"I'm not talking about this, we both fucked up, ok? Can we just say were both sorry and make up so I can kiss you and call you 'babe' again?"

"Go freshen up, I laid out some clothes for you in my room. I'm not dropping this, though." They both sigh, David gets up from his seat and heads into Liza's room, where sure enough, his classical black outfit was laid out. Boxers included. She still cares about him, even in the midst of them fighting.

After following Liza's directions, he goes back downstairs and sees his girlfriend eating her food, his sitting next to her's. "I'm sorry, Liza. I know I shouldn't have done that, I let my job get in the way of our relationship." David says, finally remembering Jason's advice.

"Who's more important? Me or the vlogs?" They both look up from their food, David's dumbfounded that this is even a question.

"Liza, of course it's you. I would never put work over you, like I said, I was stupid and let it get the best of me, it will never happen again."

"That's good to know." Liza goes back to poking her food.

"Jason gave me some advice-" David tries to speak, but Liza cuts him off.

"There it is. Jason told you to come over here, Jason told you to apologize, Jason told you what to do. Of course, I knew that what you said couldn't be your words, they were Jason's masked with your voice. Nowadays, it seems like I'm dating Jason and not you." Both their minds shift to what it would be like if Jason was dating Liza, both disgusted by that.

"No, that was from heart, if you would've let me finish, I would've told you that... I would've told you that Jason said we need to take a break from Social Media, if not both of us, me. I've decided that I'm going to take a break from YouTube and repair my relationships, not only with you, but my parents too. Because you're always pressuring me to do so."

"I'm sorry, bubba. You're right, we need a break, I couldn't sleep last night. I needed you to be with me." Everything's coming back together, the nicknames are coming back. Liza eyes start tearing up.

"Baby, come here." She snuggles up in his chest before breaking into sobs. David's heart felt like it was being crushed as every sob rolled through her body. He rubs his hand against her spine, telling her it's ok, that he's there and never letting go. Ever, because Liza's more important.
