"annie," hayden spoke quietly while lightly shaking me.

he shook me again. "annie." he whispered.

my eyes widened open only to face the reality of the situation.

"m-my phone!"

"calm down anns," hayden said. "we will get you a new phone okay."

i groaned and threw the pillow over my face.

"annie you have to wake up. we have rehearsal for tour all day and we have graduation in a few days. graduation prep is tomorrow at five in the morning."

"five, as in five am? as in i have to wake up early just to prep for graduation?" i questioned him slightly with my face held high, gleaming a puzzled look.

"well you have to wake up even earlier if you want to finish your speech in time..." hayden responded.

"i have a speech?" i asked aimlessly with question.

"yeah."

...

fifteen minutes later i was still procrastinating with hayden.

i didn't want to leave the apartment, but we had to go to rehearsal for tour.

i wrote down the lyrics for the new cover and began to sing softly.

"i'll make sure
to keep my distance
say i love you when you're not listening
and how long can we keep this up?"

"for a while if you don't get up and out of that desk chair, babe." hayden interrupted as he leaned against the door frame. "take that to the studio,"

i groaned and began to smother my paper into my bag.

"alright let's go."

...

after graduation

we had graduated yesterday and moved out of the apartment.

of course right into a new one, with just hayden and i.

the apartment was empty though, we crammed everything we possibly could into our large suitcases, ready for tour.

"are you ready for this hayden? ready for a new era in our life?"

"of course, and it's all starting now."
