the moment i opened the door to our dorm was eventful.

we were back home.

or somewhat like our home.

"annie," hayden began.

"yeah?"

"in a week we go home,"

that word. home.

hayden and i would be apart, and who knows when my father would let me meet him during the summer.

...

it was moving out day for our freshman year, and now was the time to reflect on the goods and the bads of this year.

the good, hayden and i met.

the bad, hayden and i are going to be apart.

the good, over the summer hayden and i have to come out with a song together.

the bad, will my dad let that happen?

before i could continue with my thoughts, my phone started to ring and it was a text from hayley.

hayley: go somewhere where hayden can't hear you, we need to talk about something. i'll call you in 2 minutes.

i went into the hallway and texted her back that i was ready to talk.

she called me and i answered.

the conversation was good until she asked me something i did not expect.

hayley: does hayden know about caleb?

caleb.

my mouth dropped and i went completely still.

my phone came out of my grip and it crashed to the ground.

hayley: annie? are you okay?

these were the last words i heard before my world went black.

...

my eyes shuddered open and i was on my bed again.

the only difference was hayley was here, talking to hayden.

about caleb.

"hayden, i don't want to scare you or anything, but there's something you don't know about annie."

"what is that hayley, is she okay?"

"not always."

"why?"

"caleb"

hey everyone!

i'm not going to write too much about caleb after this because it makes me and probably you guys sad.

hayden will find out about caleb in section two, but i am proud to say that section one is officially done!

but this story, you guys, is far from over. we have a couple sections to go.

but for now, say goodbye to section one. because now everyone in this story is older, and will be back and better than ever.

but things are going to be changing.

things are going to change for annie and the rest of the crew's lives.
