"alright everybody, we are here to announce the opening singers, annie leblanc and hayden summerall!" the announcer shouted into his microphone.

he handed his mic off to hayden, who was smiling like an idiot.

this is what he had always dreamt of, always wanted to do in life.

"hey everyone!" annie began her speech. "so today i am opening for jacob sartorius. he is very talented and hayden, luna, zach, and i are extremely grateful for this opportunity."

she changed it up now, and said, "now, hayden and i met in college, approximately a few years ago. we had an instant connection and fell for each other. we covered this song and although we have grown up since then we still think about each other always."

the crowd cheered and shouted loudly.

annie was about as red as the flashing lights now, which soon began to stop.

the audience put their phones in the air with their flashlights on.
