Callie

Jude acted fine but I knew that somehow inside that head of his, he is feeling angry and upset. I smiled at him when he looked at me then I looked up at Brandon who smiled weakly back at me. He didn't like seeing his baby brother hurting and I didn't like it either because it was like I felt what he felt. When we got home, Jude ran upstairs as Stef came out to say hello.

"Hi." Brandon and I murmbled.

"It seems like you have made a friend." Lena stated as she walked in with a smile.

"Yeah." I whispered as I looked down so I couldn't see their faces because I couldn't stand the look they both gave me that no body else had given me in any home before.

"Did Jude say anything to you two?" Stef asked as she pointed upstairs. She sounded nervous and stuttered a little.

"N-no?" Brandon questioned. "Was he meant to?"

"No. No! Not at all. Mama and I are just worried." Stef said with a nod towards Lena. "I think being in year 6 is just stressing him out a little, that's all." Brandon nodded.

"I am just going to show Callie my guitar and piano. Callie really likes playing Guitar." I laughed nervously.

I haven't played since I was like 8 so I don't know how good I will be now at it after all these years." I whispered back and Lena laughed.

"It's good to see you two getting along but please keep your door open, you know the rules, B." Lena said with her eyebrow raised.

"Mama." Brandon scolded and I giggled.

"Let's just go." I whispered as I guided him away then he lead the way.

"Their so embarrassing sometimes. And if you can tell, strange at times. Man, I totally think their is something up with Jude and them. Jude is fine with school because I see him happy all the time."

"Well, whatever it is, I think we will soon learn what it is. Your family seems like a honest family." I responded as we walked inside his room. "Wow."

"I know." Brandon laughed. I smiled at the guitar that was lying against the wall. It was so beautiful. "You should play a song." I looked up at him and laughed.

"What?"

"Play a song." I laughed again as he requested with a pout. " Any song, Cals. Come on, you speak so beautifully, I bet your voice sounds amazing too." I grabbed the guitar and sat on a chair then he sat on his bed watching me carefully as I strum a few cords first.

"Let me get used to the cords then I will sing a song." I whispered and he nodded.

Well I couldn't tell you why she felt that way,

She felt it everyday.

And I couldn't help her,

I just watched her make the same mistakes again.

What's wrong, what's wrong now?

Too many, too many problems.

Don't know where she belongs, where she belongs.

She wants to go home, but nobody's home.

It's where she lies, broken inside.

With no place to go, no place to go to dry her eyes.

Broken inside.

Open your eyes and look outside, find the reasons why.

You've been rejected, and now you can't find what you left behind.

Be strong, be strong now.

Too many, too many problems.

Don't know where she belongs, where she belongs.

She wants to go home, but nobody's home.

It's where she lies, broken inside.

With no place to go, no place to go to dry her eyes.

Broken inside.

Her feelings she hides.

Her dreams she can't find.

She's losing her mind.

She's fallen behind.

She can't find her place.

She's losing her faith.

She's fallen from grace.

She's all over the place.

Yeah,oh

She wants to go home, but nobody's home.

It's where she lies, broken inside.

With no place to go, no place to go to dry her eyes.

Broken inside.

She's lost inside, lost inside...oh oh yeah

She's lost inside, lost inside...oh oh yeah

Stef

Lena turned towards me as soon as they walked off and made sure their were gone, and no body else was listening. "What the hell, Stef!?"

"Wait, what?" I questioned  in shock and confusion as I followed her to the kitchen as she started to chop some veges.

"Couldn't you at least act like you weren't keeping something from those two?"

"I am sorry, I was never good at lying about this!" I stated letting a hopeless breath out. "Remember when you thought something was up with me on B's first birthday with you?" Lena nodded.

"I am sorry." Lena shook her head and looked at me with a frown. "I just don't know what to do, Stef. They say a problem said is a problem shared. And I don't know what you want me to do. Do you want me to just lie too?" I looked down in shame as she shrugged her shoulders. "I am sorry. I just don't know how to handle this either."

"I can't give up." I whispered as tears blur my vision. "I can't do it to her again. She needs to know."

"Who needs to know what?" Both of us turned around to see.......
