"Wake up! I didn't pay for these tickets to be wasted!" Kendra was roaring collapsing onto my bed.

"Okay, okay!" I laughed getting up.

"And could you get breakfast? This townhouse is lacking in some food," she gave me a begging stare as I rolled my eyes.

I internally agreed getting up and putting my hair in a high bun while putting on my glasses. I didn't care how I looked, so I left in my pajamas shorts and "I Love New York" hoodie.

Kendra - luckily - gave me a house key, so an incident like yesterday doesn't happen again. I strolled down the driveway and looked at my phone seeing it was 9:23 AM. As I almost entered the car, a voice caught my attention looking to another direction of house across the street.

There he was - the blue-eyed boy racing towards me hailing his hand up to trying and catch me before I left. A small giggle escapes my throat as he rolled his eyes finally near the car standing a couple inches away.

"Hey! Almost didn't catch you!" he states a little out of breathe from the short sprint.

"Hey, what's up?'' I state giggling at his action.

"Nice outfit," he looked up and down jokingly not paying attention to my question.

"Well, I wasn't expecting to talk to anyone in my pajamas expect in a drive thru." I smiled.

"It's cool. You look cute," he smiled rubbing a pattern on his neck with his hand nervously.

I tried not to blush, but I felt the heat on cheeks rising. I tried to glance down to hide the redness, but an envelope was in his hands caught my attention.

''What's that?" I asked curious.

He looked out with his cheesy smile. Suddenly, he looked into my eyes and ready to announce some news. My heart was racing seeing he was very excited to tell me something.

"It's for you." he handed it to me.

Unraveling the envelope, I saw that there were two VIP tickets for tonight. Of course I was happy Kendra got tickets for the concert, but this would be a whole other experience. I didn't know what came over me, but I jumped up and hugged Daniel. He didn't hesitate to hug back.

I was ecstatic.

He smelled like the beach. The feeling of comfort and safety surrounded me as we were both stuck in the moment. It couldn't be just me enjoying the hug since he wasn't pulling away either. I finally pulled away, yet the feeling of protection left my body.

"You really didn't have to," I smiled not knowing how to put works together anymore.

"I'm not going to be clique and say 'but I wanted to' even though I did. Just enjoy them. I talked to Kendra for a little last night and both of you are really cool, so the guys and I were wondering if you wanted to go to our place after the show." He scratched his neck in nervousness.

It was a cute trait I've seen him do repetitively.

"Yeah, that sounds cool." my checks started to heat up once again. He noticed making his smile widen.

"See you later," He chuckled slowly walking off.

"Bye," I wave happily.

As he left, I went into the car, yet I got a phone call right as I enter squealing a bit.

"Hello?"

"You like him," Kendra's voice creeped through the phone.

"Were you listening to our conversation?' I giggled shaking my head in disbelief.
