"How could I ever think they were the perfect couple?" I shook my head seeing angry flutter out of Ali as she walked out to the front door.

Zach hugged his hands to his head as he frowned in defeat. I looked around seeing everyone's attention was at their little show as I rushed out to check on Ali; Kendra followed. There, she was sitting on the porch steps with her knees pushed into her chest. She was eyeing the houses and the street that were in front of us - but she didn't look sad.

She looked disappointed.

"Ali?" I asked as she turned away from my voice.

"Ali, we just want to talk," Kendra spoke lightly as we both sat either sides of the poor girl.

She didn't look at us. She didn't even mutter another word. She just kept her glances straight as we tried to comfort her. Our trio was sitting there in pure silence waiting for whenever she wanted to talk. She didn't have to speak to know that her mind was screaming.

I heard the slam of the backyard door making my vision point in that direction. Zach was sloughed as Corbyn tried to ask him, but he just shook his head heading in our direction. He didn't speak a word. He saw the sad look on Allison's face shaking him head to himself heading to the guys' home.

I could see Ali's glances on his way home making a quick tear string down her cheek.

"He said he's sorry," she whispered as my head shifted into her direction.

"Than what's the matter?" Kendra asked confused.

"I don't know - I just," she sighed, " can't forgive him."

And in that moment, we all knew why.

Its the reason she would cry hours on end on the phone. The reason she broke down so much in the beginning. The reason she can't move on. There was this constant hurt and sadness built inside of her because of him priorities.

"You still feel like his second choice," I murmured as she looked at me.

Her now dull eyes aimed to the floor not wanting to hear the truth. Kendra gave me a small nod as we both started to mumble comforting words to her. It didn't help. I could see how sad this has made her. No one wants to be seen as a second choice, but this was all Allison saw as herself.

"I knew I should've gone here," she whispered.

"Oh Ali, don't say that," I said softly as she gave me a nasty look.

"Are you kidding me?" she looked annoyed as I gave her a confused look.

"Huh?"

"Sienna, for one second could you stop pretending like there would be a magical act of forgiveness? Don't you get it? He hurt me; and the worse part is I still feel the sting," she teared up walking back inside with me and Kendra fast behind her.

She was in a mixture of emotions with anger and pain leading back inside the house with Kendra and I close behind. We tried to talk to her, but she wouldn't listen and just sat on the couch in anger. We both sighed walking up to the guys as they were scavenging the townhouse's kitchen for any left over food.

To their dismay, the only good food that was seen were some frozen pizzas and some canned beans. They all groaned putting the pizza in the toaster before a squeal from Jack escaped making everyone confused. Immediately, he looked to see the wine drawer smirking before Kendra rolled her eyes shutting the door.

"Jack, those are my dad's drinks," she sighed cover the opening as Jack frowned.

"Come on! It'll be fun! Besides, it's not like this is the first time any of us has had a drink," he argued as Kendra frowned once more.
