When Zatanna and Tomoe are confronted by Enchantress and Saya, it is up to them to stop them

Zatanna

Like her father, Zatanna has magical abilities which she channels by speaking backwards. She can also lay enchantments on objects. When saying a magic spell, Zatanna must concentrate fully in order to say and perform it correctly or else the spell simply won't work. Sometimes making small errors will interfere with the performance

Annataz Arataz (Zatanna's evil twin from another universe) disabled Mister Mxyzptlk's magic; making him mortal and vulnerable.

Kushinawa

When she first began, she used the sword, Kushinawa. When Tomoe is in deep trouble, Kushinawa attains a purple aura, and seems to tap into an innate energy, greatly augmenting the effectiveness of the weapon.

Talisman

Tomoe also employs anti-demon equipment, using ofuda (paper talismans) that have the ability to explode on impact, and with enough gathered in a single area, can channel an destructive force.

Super move

She also has an ability called "Helmet Cleaver" in which she brings Kushinawa above her head for a downward strike.

Techniques

Tomoe also has melee attacks, one of which is called "Warrior-priestess kick," which is a powerful upward kick that knocks enemies into the air backwards.
