I woke up and got dressed. I walked downstairs and into the kitchen. Val was making pancakes and I sat down at the island. "Good morning Val." I said. "Good morning Lee. Happy Birthday." She replied. "Thank you." I said. "I made you special birthday pancakes. They have sprinkles in them." She told me giving me s plate of them. "Awesome! Thanks Val." I said. "You're welcome, bud." She smiled.
I started eating my pancakes and dad walked into the kitchen. "Happy Birthday Lee." He said. "Thanks dad." I replied. "I'm sorry I can't talk to you more but I have to go to the office early so I'll be done work in time for your birthday dinner." He told me. "That's okay. Have fun at work." I said. "Yeah because being a real estate agent is so much fun." Dad replied sarcastically. I laughed and so did he. He loves his job but some clients can be a pain. He kissed Val goodbye and I gagged. "Hey, just because it's your birthday doesn't mean I won't kick your ass." My dad joked. "Yeah. He might get us to help him too." I heard Bradley say from behind me.
Bradley put me in a chokehold and I tried to hit his hands away. He messed up my hair and let me go. "Happy birthday, kid." He said. "I'm not a kid." I argued. "Yes you are." He replied. "No I'm not." I said.
"Don't argue with Lee, Brad. It's his birthday." Val told Bradley. "Yeah Brad." I smirked. Bradley pushed my head and dad said "I'm off to work. Have a good day." "Bye dad." I replied as he walked out the garage door. Rhett walked into the kitchen and said "Happy birthday, Lee." "Thank you." I replied.
I ate my breakfast and brushed my teeth. I walked into the living room only to bump into Parker. "Sorry Park." I apologized moving out of the way. "Don't worry about it. Happy birthday." He said. "Thanks." I replied sitting on the couch. "Lee I know we said you're opening the rest of your presents tonight, but I wanted to give this one to you." Val said handing me a present.
I took it and opened it up. It had a shirt that said "Legends are born on November 17th" "Thanks Val. I love it. I'll wear it today." I replied. I took off my shirt and put the one she have me on.

"You're welcome. I'm glad you like it." She said. "Lee, we have to go. Get in the car or you'll be late." Parker told me. "Bye Val. Thanks again for the shirt." I said walking out the door. "You're welcome, Lee. Have a good day." She replied.
We got in the car and went to school. Parker made Bradley sit in the back with Rhett so I could sit in the front. Once we got to school, we got out and walked into school. I went over to my locker and put all my books away. James walked towards me and I saw he had a gift bag in his hand. "Happy birthday, Lee." He told me. "Thanks." I replied as he handed me the bag. I opened it and pulled out three shirts. One said "LEVI the man, the myth, the legend." Another said "In my defense I was left unsupervised." And the last one said "O.G.D. obsessive gaming disorder."
