Chapter 33

Levi's P.O.V.

I was playing video games when my dad came into the room.
"Lee, we're going to church in an hour. Go shower and put on something nice please." He told me.
"Okay." I replied as he left the room. I turned off my game and took a shower. AfterI showered I changed into a black dress shirt and Star Wars tie. I changed into a pair of jeans that went well with the dress shirt and tie. I spiked my hair up and went downstairs.

"Aww, look at the little boy with his tie." Parker cooed.
"Shut up. I look better than you, Mr. Flannel." I retorted.
He laughed and dad came into the room.
"If you're ready, go get into the truck please." He told us.
I put on my shoes and went out to the truck. Bradley and Rhett were already in there and the middle seat was empty.

Rhett got out and I sat in the middle seat.
"You look nice, Lee." Rhett told me getting back in the truck.
"Thanks. So do you." I replied.
Parker, Val and dad got in the front seats since there is three in the front. We drove to church and parked. We all got out and walked into Church.

After Church...

Church just ended and we got into the truck. We drove to Red Lobster and got out. We got a corner booth and ordered our food. I was in the middle of the booth with Rhett on my left and Bradley on my right. Next to Bradley was Parker and beside Rhett was Val and my dad.

"So what are you boys gonna do while we're gone?" Val asked us as we waited for our food.
"Not much. Probably go to Uncle David's house or Uncle Steven's house." Parker answered.
"Yeah. Probably have a few friends over and stuff. We'll just take it day by day." Bradley said. "I'll probably have Ford and Cruz over a few days." Rhett added.

"Lee what about you?" Val asked.
"I'll probably just play video games, I guess. I'm not sure." I answered.
"What about New Years Eve?" Dad asked us.
"Probably have a few friends over." Parker answered.
"Lee, are you going to have James over at all?" dad asked.
"I'm not sure. He's going on vacation with his family to Ohio for New Years Eve. His cousins live there." I answered.

"Oh. I'm sorry. That sucks." Dad said.
"Its fine. I can still text and FaceTime him." I replied.
Our food came and we started eating. After we finished eating, we paid and drove to the park to see the Christmas lights. We walked around and there was a Star Wars light display. I of course thought it was awesome, and freaked out over it. Parker, Bradley and Rhett laughed at my reaction and we kept looking. It was about Ten o'clock when we got done looking at the lights and went back into the truck.

It takes about forty minutes to get home and I fell asleep. I was leaning my head on the door and somebody opened it, waking me up. I heard Rhett laugh and I took my seat belt off. I walked inside the house and laid down on the couch after I took my shoes off. Everybody sat down on the couch and Val said "Okay, so everybody go pick a present and sit back down."

I grabbed a present and it was from Rhett. I sat down on the couch and Val said "Youngest goes first." I opened my present and it was a Star Wars sweater. I hugged him and he hugged me back. Since he was right next to me, I didn't have to get up so I laid down on the couch. Rhett opened his next which was a new phone case from Parker. Bradley opened his which was a Detroit Lions hoodie from Parker. He thanked Parker and now it was Parker's turn to open his present. Parker got a new Green Bay Packers lanyard and a Green Bay Packers shirt from me.

Since I was laying down, he came over to me and I sat up a little bit. He hugged me and said "Thanks Lee." "You're welcome, Park." I replied hugging him back. We pulled away and I went upstairs.

I closed my door and changed into my San Jose Sharks pajamas. I crawled into bed and fell asleep.
