I woke up and got dressed. Since today is the twins and Rhett's football game, I decided to wear a shirt I have that says game day on it. I wore a Star Wars hoodie over it and went downstairs.

I ate breakfast and brushed my teeth. I sat at the island and was looking at my phone when Parker came into the kitchen. "Hey Lee." He said ruffling my hair. "Go to Hell." I told him walking away. I fixed my hair and sat down on the couch in the living room.
So my plan for getting back at the twins is that I will ignore them whenever they talk to me unless I think of some smartass comment or insult to say like I did with Parker. Im also not gong to talk to them unless I absolutely have to. I'm going to their football game tonight but I'm only going for Rhett. I'm not telling him or the twins I'm going because I don't want them to know. The twins leave earlier to go to their game where as dad and Val leave twenty minutes before the game starts. I decided to go to the game with dad and Val since I don't want my stepbrothers knowing. James is going along with his dad and mom. I don't know how to play football or how it works so I will probably be confused the whole time.
"Guys, we're leaving. Get in the car." Bradley called as I walked out the door. I waited for Parker to unlock it and got in the back. The twins got it and Parker said "Where the hell is Rhett?" We waited two minutes and he ran out of the house with his backpack. "What took you so long?" Bradley asked as he got in after Rhett. "I had to do something." Rhett answered as we drove to school. "We're having Dustin, Damon, Brent and Robbie over before the football game tonight. So after school they're following us home in their cars and we'll hang out at home for a while before we have to leave." Parker told Rhett and I.
"Oh, and I'm having Cruz and Grant over too." Rhett told me. "Why don't you have a damn party, then? You're having so many fricken people over." I mumbled. Rhett heard me and chuckled. "What did you say, Lee?" Bradley asked. I didn't respond and put my earbuds in. I turned my music on and tuned them out. We pulled up to school and got out of the car. I walked inside and to my locker. I got my books and went to my class.
After School...
The dismissal bell rang and I got my backpack and went to Parker's car. All of his friends were around it and all I asked him was "Can you unlock the car?" He nodded and unlocked it. I climbed in the back and put my earbuds in.
After ten minutes they got in the car and we drove home. Bradley and Parker tried to talk to me but I ignored them. When we got home I ran and unlocked the door. I went into the kitchen and grabbed snacks and two water bottles. I ran upstairs and into my room. I locked my door and put my food and water on my bed. I changed into a Star Wars shirt and a pair of jogging pants.

I turned on my PS3 and started playing DC Universe. I started to get tired of playing it after an hour decided to watch TV. I could hear my stepbrothers and their friends downstairs talking and laughing. I texted Rhett and said "You guys are too loud. Tell Parker and Bradley to shut up." "Okay. They won't listen to me because I've already tried telling them. Do you want pizza?" He texted back. "Yes please. Two slices if you can grab them before the cave men inhale them." I texted him. "Lol 😂" he texted back.
After 5 minutes I heard a knock at my door. "It's Rhett." He said. I unlocked my door and he gave me the pizza. "Thanks Rhett." I said. "You're welcome." He replied walking away. I closed my door and locked it again. I sat down on my bed and watched TV. I felt my phone buzz in my pocket and I took it out. I was getting a FaceTime from James and I answered it.
"What's up James?" I asked. "Not much. How's ignoring the twins going?" He answered. "Pretty good. I only asked Parker to unlock the car and that's it. I'm eating pizza in my room so I don't have to be near them and their F-boy friends." I replied. "So are you going to the game?" He asked. "Yeah. I'm going with Val and my dad." I answered. "Someone want to say hi." He told me.
He handed his phone to someone and June appeared on the screen. "Hey June. What's up?" I asked. "Hey Lee. Not much. You?" She answered. "I'm ignoring and hiding from my stepbrothers and their stupid friends. So I guess it's going good." I laughed. She laughed too and said "Well I have to go, Lee. Bye." "Bye June." I replied as she gave the phone back to James.
James and I talked for a little longer and then he had to go. I continued watching TV and my dad came home. He called me downstairs and I walked down the stairs to find that the twins and their friends were crowding around the hallway. "Can you please move?" I asked. They all moved to one side and I walked past them. I walked into the kitchen and he said "Your brothers-" "Stepbrothers. For the last time. Stepbrothers." I interrupted. "Okay. Your stepbrothers, sorry. Anyway, they want to know if you're going to the game." He said. "Tell them I said no." I replied.
"They're right there. You can tell them." He said. "Don't have to. They heard me." I replied. "Bye Jeff. We're leaving."Parker said. "Okay. See you at the game." My dad replied.
They left with all of their friends and my dad said "I thought you were going?" "I am but they don't need to know." I replied. I went back into my room and saw something on my bed. It was a jersey with a sticky note that said "In case you come. :)" - Rhett. I smiled and put the jersey on.

I read the back of the note and it said "It's my practice jersey. :)" I put a zip up hoodie on and changed into jeans. I went downstairs and sat down on the couch. Val came into the living room and said "Hey, Lee. How was your day?" "Good. How was yours?" I asked. "My day was good." She answered.
"We have to leave so we can get there on time." Dad said coming into the room. I got up and put my shoes on. I walked out to dad's truck and got in the back. Dad and Val got in the truck and we drove to the high school.
We parked in the parking lot and walked or the football field. Once we got in there, we sat down in he middle of the bleachers. James and his family got there and they sat next to us. James and I sat near the top of the bleachers. The game wasn't starting for ten minutes so we went on our phones. I saw the boys "fan club" was looking at me and I went on snapchat. I zoomed into the girls that were looking at me from behind.
I sent it to James even though he was right beside me. He didn't notice them before so when he opened it he laughed. "Do they know you're coming?" James asked me. "No. Rhett gave me his practice jersey to wear if I came. Which I'm wearing. I only came for Rhett. Not the twins." I answered. "Well at least you came." He said. We talked for a little longer and waited for the game to start.
