The Impossibilities of The Dark

Satisfying Hunger

I sat by myself, looking at the vast view in front of me. We only had one more day of trekking until we got to the carnivorous forests. Rina said that I'd test my strength, and how much I knew. I just don't know if I am quite ready for that.

A flash of memory. Longer than all the others I had gotten. Me and Gemi were walking to our deaths, hand in hand. I swear this was right before we reached the barrier portal to this world. We were taking an adventure, we just didn't think that I could get here. That the queen would send me to the caves. And that Gemi didn't make it into this realm, I would hope so anyway.

Rina silently came up behind me and sat down right up against me. She put her arm over my stomach and laid her head on my shoulder.

We sat like that for a while, thinking and watching the mountains.

Breaking the silence, I say, "I had a friend. Best friend. Back in my world. I hope she's okay, she's probably wondering where I am and if I am alive. I don't know if there is any way out of here. But...I hope she can live her life on without me. She deserves to have one."

I didn't realize that Rina was crying until my shoulder rose a degree in temperature, and her tears trailed down my bare shoulder. Her tears were a beautiful water blue, and just as sparkly as her hair when it's wet.

A lone tear escaped my eye, and then it all flooded down. I leaned into her, resting my head on hers. We cried, for however long. Our feelings and emotions warped into something lovely, we were here. Together. And that's all I could ever ask for.

I silently stood up, taking her warm hand into my own. I led her to a pool, and started to strip. Layer by layer, heart by heart. Until I was utterly naked before her. I was glowing a little bit from the humid temperature and the sun. She just looked at me, looking at every inch of my body. Her gaze unfaltering.

I stepped one toe into the pool, relishing in the warmth. And then her mouth was on mine, her lips trailing kisses down my shoulder. Her eyes devouring every inch of my body as I beheld hers.

She gripped my breast, a moan escaping my lips.

I wanted to taste all of her, every inch.

She puts her arm around my waist, pulling me close to her. She crushes her lips against my own, and trails down, down.

I moaned her name. I tackle her, my lips biting hers. She jumped into me, pushing me into the pool behind us.

The chilled water had no effect on my heated body. All I wanted to do was get more and more of Rina. She pulled away from me.

"Let's do this somewhere more private." She suggested as she breathed heavily. She swam fast across the pond, I had to shut my eyes tight because of how fast the water was moving past my nude body. Then, I suddenly felt a stop. I released my breath and opened my eyes to see that we were behind a huge waterfall.

"This way." She breathed quietly, she let go of my hand as she pulled herself onto the dry land and walked into a cave after her tail disappeared. I stared blankly at her stunning figure, I shook my head and lifted myself up to follow her. She stopped and sat down when she reached a little nook in the cave. I sat down in front of her.

"Now. Where were we?" Rina asked with that husky voice that could make any sensible person surrender themselves to her. Her gorgeous blue eyes were like an ocean of happiness you wanted to drown yourself in. (In a good way of course)

"You tell me." I whispered back, leaning into her to grab her face and bring it closer to mine. She pushed herself on top of me. She kissed and kissed all over my neck. I let another moan escape as I left her perfect teeth nibble at my collarbone. She slowly moved down, making a trail with her tongue down my torso and stomach. My chest pushed itself out as I blindly searched for something to hold onto, I wanted this so bad.

"Am I going too far?" Rina lifted her head right at my hipbone. I just breathed, trying to decide if I was thankful for the break she gave me.

"Guess not. How about, I do this then." She moved back up to my face. And began kissing my bottom lip again. Creating a new makeout session I had been waiting for since our last one. She reached up and grabbed my hands to hold me down. After thirty seconds or so, she moved to my neck again. Kissing and kissing her way through me. I felt the weight be lifted off my left hand, and I soon realized her right was tracing down my sides.

I nearly screamed when I felt her slip into me. I had never felt anything like that before and all I wanted was more and more. I moaned again as I felt my heart do flips in my chest. I breathed almost too heavily as a grin crawled onto my face.
