It was one of the moral aspects clumsy weeks. Patton had been dropping just about everything he touched. From breakfast yesterday morning, to Roman's sword collection later on, and finally just now he dropped an entire stack of papers he was helping carry for his boyfriend Logan. As he watched the papers fly everywhere across the mindscape, Patton's emotional threshold about had it. He broke down, sobbing right there in the middle of the hallway, unable to follow Logan down the steps he had traveled down not a minute before.

Logan heard the sudden exasperated cry from his boyfriend upstairs and he instantly abandoned his own stack of papers he was carrying. He raced up the steps until he saw the papers flying past. The logical aspect frowned knowing exactly what had occurred. Patton had managed to yet again drop something else. Normally he would be angry, but the last thing that Morality needed right now was his wrath. Logan took in a deep breath as he walked around the corner and swept away the enormous loose pile of papers that was covering his wailing boyfriend.

"I'm *hiccup* sorry Logan!! *hiccup* I can't do *hiccup* anything write." He picked up a pencil trying to make a pun, except he dropped that too causing himself to cry more. Logan frowned sadly as he tried to lead his boyfriend off the floor, only to see him to slump back down again.

The thump the moral aspects' rump made when it hit in contact with the floor alerted the other two aspects of Patton's current distressed state. Roman and Virgil were in the kitchen not a moment later, helping pick up the loose leaves without question. Logan tried one more time to pick his sobbing boyfriend off of the floor and this time succeeded, wrapping one of the moral aspect's arms around his own shoulder.

"Take care of dad, Logan. We'll clean this up." Roman nodded with Virgil in agreement, and the logical aspect thought, knowing the two probably wouldn't put them back in alphabetical order like he had them. He shrugged the matter off however, knowing his boyfriend was more important than any sort of information he could filing at the moment.

Silently thanking them, he exited the room with the moral aspect leaning onto him like his life depended on it. Seeing his boyfriend in such a state as this about broke his heart in two. Logan then led him, runny-nosed and teary-eyed, to his own room, opening and closing the door behind him. Before Patton knew it however, he was picked up bridal-style and placed on top of Logan's bed, his eyes transfixed on the ceiling, and then his love's face came down to his level.

Patton felt his tears and cries began to slow as the logical aspect began to wipe his eyes and his nose lovingly with some Kleenex™. Logan then pressed a gentle comforting hand to his face, watching the emotional myre slowly relinquish its hold on his boyfriend, until all that was left were gentle sniffles. Patton finally turned his head, but was kindly shushed by Logan.

"My dear Patton. You do not need to apologize for the papers. I understand it has been a hard week for you. Do not worry about what I need to do. My primary focus right now is taking care of you." Patton sniffled once more and sighed leaning his head against the logical aspect's hand for grounding and reassurance. Logan smiled and signaled for his boyfriend to scoot over.

"May I lay with you dear Patton?" The moral aspect lifted his head, giving Logan a small smile as he made room for his boyfriend beside him. Gingerly, Logan laid down beside him, and immediately grasped the hand closest, raising it up to his lips kissing it gently. Patton gave a tiny giggle and a final sniffle, as the sadness finally subsided from his eyes and facial features. Logan gave content sigh of relief and stared into Patton's beautiful brown eyes, his own lighting up as Patton's happy smile returned.
