"Ina, kailan ka magsasabi ng totoo? Kailan?" He reached out for my hands as tears rolled down his now pink cheeks. I hate myself for this, and I blame myself for this too. Kaya lang, I don't know why.

"Bakit? Ano bang kailangan kong sabihin Cci? Bakit ka ba umiiyak, anong problema? Tell me." I answered with all honesty.

"Yan na nga Ina! I can't tell what's wrong because you're happy with some other guy! I can't tell you I love you because I'm just your best friend!" And with that, he lets go of my hand and walked away.

I woke up, that was a dream? Whew. Tumingin ako sa wall clock and it reads 8:44 am, dumiretso ako sa closet ko para makapili ng susuotin. Kinuha ko yung gray sweatpants ko at isang white loose t shirt.

After makapag freshen up, bumaba na ako galing kwarto to eat breakfast. Nakita ko sila mama at tita na nag prepare. I decided to help them since ako lang naman natirang babae dito.

"Good morning ma good morning tita."

"Good morning Ina."

"Ako nalang po mag aayos ng mesa." Tumango sila and yun nga, I placed the placemats and yung iba pang mga gagamitin sa pagkain when Ricci entered the dinning area.

"Good morning. Ako na diyan."

"Good morning din, kunin mo nalang yung mga baso patapos nanaman ako." 

He nodded and nilagay na yung mga baso sa lahat ng may plato. I think I'm gonna ask him about yesterday.

Nasa sofa siya ngayon, wearing a Nike shorts and white shirt. Humiga ako sa sofa tapos nasa paanan ko si Ccing ngayon.

"Ccing, can I ask you something?"

"Yes, what's that?" Niligpit niya ang kanyang phone and eyed me seriously.

"Ano yung sinabi mo kagabi?"

"Ha? May sinabi ba ako kagabi? I don't remember saying anything."

"Ah, akala ko may sinabi ka. Oh well, andyan na sila. Let's eat." He helped me stood up and nagpunta na sa table.

I feel na he's not in a good mood today, and I don't know why.

"Alis na kami. Bye kids!" Our parents left the house for a business thing. Kaya pala sobrang close sila kasi they're business partners.

Nandito lang kami sa salas ngayon, except for kuya Kib. He's on a date with Achi kasi. Di mapigilan, haha!

"Baby Riley come here." Tawag ko sa napaka cute na bata. He ran towards me at umupo sa aking lap.

I hugged him tighly that made him giggle.

"Ang cute talaga nitong si Riley!"

"Buti pa si Riley kina-cuddle mo. Ako hindi." Pagtatampo ni Ricci.

"Selos na selos ka naman? Hanap ka na kasi ng girlfriend mo. Haha!"

"Eh, hindi mo ako mahal eh." My eyes widened nung sinabi niya yun.

"Halaaaaa! Si kuya dumidiskarte. Hahaha!"

"Yan na nga sinasabi ko. Kaibigan to Ka Ibigan. Tsk tsk!"

"Ayyiiieee kinikilig si ate!"

"Tumigil nga kayo, pinagkakaisahan niyo ako ah." Angal ko naman, Ricci on the other hand is smiling like a psycho.

"Mine lang si ate ganda!" Riley said at nagmukhang galit sa kanyang kuya Ricci.

"You're too young Riley. Hahaha! Hindi ka na aantayin ni ate ganda mo."

Nung hindi inaasahan, umiyak bigla si Riley. Tumawa ang lahat at pinatahan ko naman si Riley.

"Shhh, tahan na baby. Bad yan si kuya no?" He adorably nodded and I wiped his tears.

"Ikaw kasi!" Sinapak ko si Ricci pero tumawa lang siya.

"Si Riley pa talaga kakampihan mo? Kawawa naman ako. Huhu." Bumaba si Riley tapos pumunta naman siya kay kuya Rasheed.

I hugged Ricci on his side and tumawa.

"Baliw ka talaga no? Of course, I love you. Best Friend nga kita diba?"

He pouted and looked at me. "Ayan nanaman."

"Bakit baaaa?" He shook his head and hugged me back.

"Sweet niyo talaga. Hindi pa ba kayo?" Gelo asked. Batang to oh.

"Tumigil ka Gelo, ang bata mo pa." All of us laughed at what Ccing said.

"Sweet lang, walang kami. Hahaha!"

Ricci took a picture of us and posted it on Instagram.
