It was quite early in the morning when Hiccup looking down at a few maps he had laid out on the table and pinned to a wooden board next to him. Toothless was still sleeping on his marble slab upstairs and since Striker decided to sleep here tonight, he was still asleep on the ground floor near the door. Therefore, in order not to wake neither of them up, Hiccup only had one lantern to cast light onto the maps.

Usually, he wasn't one to way up in the early hours of dawn, however, the stillness of the war and the lack of advances Drago had made on Hiccup was making him restless. Even when he and the other Riders had intervened with hunter operations, there was still no retaliation by attacking any of them or even the Defenders of the Wing or the Wingmaidens. He had even sent a letter to both of them, asking if they had been attacked recently or had seen any enemy activity around their island borders and waters, but both their replies stated that everything was calm there as well.

From a standpoint regarding the present safety of everyone, Hiccup wouldn't deny that it was quite a relief that no one was in danger now or in the very near future, however, he knew that one day, whether it would be in a month or in a year, Drago would strike back with something that would increase his chance of taking victory of this war. It was a tension and worry that loomed over Hiccup and his concerns were shared by both Mala and Atali. Just because there was no activity or advances now, it wouldn't remain that way forever. They actually suggested that they find out what was going on as quick as they could so they could prepare better. Something that Hiccup had already thought about and wanted to put into action soon. He wasn't too worried about the gang and how they would do on a something like this. From previous missions, he knew that they could handle themselves pretty decently in desperate times, so he was confident that they would be an immense help in this one.

But he was also aware that this could be the first time Drago finds out about them, and even though Hiccup didn't see to much of a problem in that, so long as no one gets caught, it was still an advantage for him in this war to have more people by his side. It was something that could make this war easier for him and he didn't want something like that to be something Drago was no aware of. However, considering everything else, it seemed quite petty, so he didn't dwell on it too much.

That was when he was brought out of his train out though when he suddenly heard his door open to reveal Heather, Astrid and Fishlegs and it let out a lot of sunlight into his house, something Hiccup had to take some time to get used to. It was quite dark when he had woken up, so he was quite surprised by how much time had went by. And that sound also jolted Toothless and Striker from their deep slumber as well. Striker, being nearest to the door, automatically leapt back to the corner of the room, glaring at the three Vikings who had just abruptly barged in.

"Hiccup, we've found something on the patrol last night," This definitely caught Hiccup attention and he turned his gaze to Fishlegs, "I couldn't see everything in great detail, but it looked like a dragon was being transported onto a ship. And it could've been from a Dragon Hunter ship to one of Dragos," If Hiccup wasnt fully convinced about actively going to see what Drago was doing before, he certainly was now.

"Are we going to find out what been happening over there, Hiccup," Heather asked, "he's been silent for months now, and has been keeping everything to himself. Who knows what he could be planning,"

"I know. We can't just sit here waiting for him to make a move," he responded, "we have to go to him. Meaning we have to at least get a good insight as to what is going on at Dragos island," Fishlegs and Astrid didn't have anything against the idea, and neither did Heather, but she looked at Hiccup, wondering if he was fully okay with it. She highly doubted that was the case and Hiccup could detect Heathers apprehension. It was completely understandable, and he knew what she was thinking was true. Even for a valid reason like this, part of him didn't want to go back.
