Part 5 - Falling for you

Ethan's p.o.v
Everything I do, no matter if I was cooking, sleeping, or watching tv I could not get Sapphire off my mind. I feel already attached to her, I want to be her boyfriend, I'm just afraid. She most likely doesn't like me back, and I don't want to confess my feelings if all that happens is I get hurt.
Sapphire's p.o.v
This week has been the most weird, chaotic, stressful week ever. #1: all I ever think about was Ethan. #2: my grades are horrible.
All I want to do when I get home from school is relax and watch tv, maybe invite Mia and Rose over to hang out. I walk to my next class and see Ethan sitting in his usual spot. I walk over to my seat, which somehow ended up right next to his.
He turns to me and says, "can you hang out after school?"
To be honest I was a little surprised, he's never asked me to hang out before.
I shrug and say, "sure" totally forgetting that I wanted to hang out with Mia and Rose.

After school ended I decided to walk home, since I only live like a mile or two away. While I'm walking I get the feeling that somebody's following me and hurry up, looking behind me to make sure. All I see is a truck, wait a truck.
I mentally slap myself and walk over to it, immediately realizing that it was Ethan.
As soon as he sees me it seems like he perks up a bit and he rolls down the window.
"Hey" I say walking over, Resting my arm on the window sill.
"Hey, why are you walking today?"
"Oh, you know, got to get that exercise in."
That made him laugh and I laughed too. His smile is contagious. I look at him and he says, "can I drive you home the rest of the way, you can hang at my house?"
"Sure" I say getting in his car.
The whole ride was a bit silent and to be honest a little awkward.

We arrived at his house and I'm in awe.
"Wow" I say
He chuckles and grabs my hand dragging me into the house. When I get inside it seems more amazing then it did outside, if that was even possible.
We walk up the stairs to what I was guessing his bedroom. When I went in I sat on the bed without even asking.
"So... what do you want to do?" He asks
"I don't kn- WAIT!"
"What, what happened"
"Nothing" I giggle. "I just realized what we could do"
"And what's that" he said raising an eyebrow.
"MOVIE!" I squeaked.
He rolled his eyes but reluctantly went over to the couch in his room to sit down, turning the tv on. I sit down next to him and get all excited.
"What do you want to watch?"
I think about it and decide that I want to watch, "something scary!"
"Okay" he looked a little bit scared.
He started an older movie and I was fine...

"AHHH" I screamed, burying my face in Ethan's chest.
He put his arm around me and cuddled, "it's okay"
I look back up at the screen and decide to stay cuddled up next to him, you know, in case he gets scared.
Ethan's p.o.v
The movie ended and I look down to see Sapphire cuddled up against me, sleeping.
Wow, she's beautiful.
I sweep a piece of her hair that fell in front of her face and whisper, "I think I'm falling for you"
Sapphire's p.o.v
"I think I'm falling for you" I woke up as I heard Ethan say that.
I pretended to sleep but then decided to say something back.
In barely a whisper, with my eyes still closed I said, "me too"
My eyes opened and I see Ethan staring down at me wide eyed.
"What?" I giggle.
"Did you just admit you have feelings for me?" He asks in shock
"Yup" I reply popping the p giggling at the end. "Did you say you had feelings for me?"
"Yup" he said mimicking my reply.
A silence dropped between us and then I felt a pair of soft lips on mine. I kissed back and when we both looked at each other Ethan says so quietly I could barely hear, "Will you be my girlfriend"
I look up at him smiling and in shock. I wrap my arms around his neck, "yes, of course" I say pecking his lips, then sitting back down.
