Sapphire's p.o.v
After my clumsy self fell over nothing we finished making the pancakes making a huge mess. We both sat down at the table and instead of sitting across from me Ethan sat next to me.
I got the brilliant idea to hit Ethan with a pancake when he wasn't looking. Just as I hoped he looked to the left when i knocked the bottom of the table and I took the opportunity to smack him with the pancake.
"SAPPHIRE? Why did you do that" he whined rubbing his cheek.
"Oops" I say laughing.
When we finished eating we both went upstairs to get ready. Since I only had my clothes from yesterday I stole some clothes from him (a sweatshirt and then I just wore my pants from yesterday). I then just threw my hair into a messy bun, honestly not caring how I look.
When I came out the bathroom he said, "you look adorable"
"Thanks" I say laughing.
"I think I'm going to head home" I said. "I am kind of tired I'll give your clothes back to you later."
"You can keep them, you look better in them then me"
"Thanks babe" I laugh.
I walk over to him and give him a kiss before I leave and get into my car.
When I get home I take a shower and change into different clothes, making sure to put his in the laundry. Not even 10 minutes later I am getting a FaceTime call from Ethan.
I answer it:
"Hey baby, I'm bored" he whines
"I'm sorry"
"Can we please do something"
"Unless you want to go shopping with me, Mia, and rose today then no sorry"
He sighs and says, "it's okay I'll go do something with Grayson"
"Bye Saph, I love you"
"Bye babe, I'll talk to you later"
I hang up the phone. Another I love you. I don't know when I'll be ready to say it back I just know now isn't the time.
My phone goes off once again and I see that Mia and rose have texted me.
Mia: I'm out front.
Rose: I'll meet you guys at the mall.
I reply ok to both and put my phone down. I go outside and get on the passenger side of Mia's car.
"You know I don't really like the mall, right"
"Yup" she says popping the p
"I guess I'm gonna learn how to like it"
"Yup"
When we get to the mall we meet Rose in the food court and then go to buy some clothes.
Ethan's p.o.v
When I hang up the phone with Sapphire I call Grayson and ask if he wants to do something.
"I am out right now, you can meet me somewhere if you want"
"Okay, I'll be there in 5"
"Okay"
Grayson's p.o.v
After E's call I decide just to stay where I am and wait for him here.
5 minutes later...
I check my phone multiple times for any text messages from him but there is none, where could he be?
Ethan's p.o.v
I get in the car and head to where Grayson said to go. It was getting dark and rainy so I had to be careful, then I see a pair of headlights coming towards me. I try swerving around them but end up crashing into the car and then everything goes dark.
Sapphire's p.o.v
My phone starts ringing and I pick it up, asking who it is since it didn't have a called ID.
"Hello, who is this?"
"This is the hospital, is this Sapphire speaking"
"Yes" I say slowly, Mia and rose look at me weirdly. I hold up a finger signaling that I'll tell them in a minute.
"We need you to get down here, there is a Mr. Ethan Dolan here from an accident"
My heart stops for a moment as the realization steps in.
This can't be happening, he can't be in the hospital. I hang up the phone without saying goodbye and grab my purse and phone heading to the hospital. I hear Mia and rose chase after me.
When I get in my car and they catch up they tell me to roll down the window.
"I need to go to the hospital Ethan's there"
"Is everything okay" they said worriedly.
"I don't know, just meet me there"
I roll the window back up and speed out of the parking lot.
Once I get to the hospital I run inside and up to the counter.
"I'm here to see E-than D-d-dolan" I said almost crying.
"Second floor room 10"
"Thank you" I say panting running to the elevator and then to his room.
When I get there I can't help but cry. The doctor comes in behind me and I say, "will he be okay?"
"He is in a coma, we do not know yet" then he walks away.
I sit down in the chair next to him and hold his hand crying.
