1 month later... (Sapphire p.o.v)
I walk through the door of my house and am so happy to be back. Until all the memories come flooding back. My mom, her breakfast she made, her death, everything she ever did for me. I sit on the floor and curl up in a ball, starting to feel my heart pound more. Alaska comes trailing behind me and I feel a pair of arms wrap around my waist.
"Baby what's a matter"
"Nothing" i say on the verge of tears
He sits in front of me and holds my hands looking into my eyes
"I know something is wrong or else you wouldn't be crying"
"Being back here just brings back all the memories of my mom" I say still in tears.
Alaska licks my face. I cry harder.
"Plus I need to sell the house because I don't have the money to live here"
"Babe, I could move in here, and split the price"
I automatically stop out of shock "What" I say stunned.
"I'll move in here and split the price"
I wrap my arms around him and give him a kiss on the lips.
"Thank you" I say
I stand up with my face running with mascara and eyeliner smudges. I don't care and hug him.
"I feel filthy" I say "I need a shower"
"Can I join?" He winks
I slap his arm playfully "no just stay here I'll be quick"
I run upstairs to take a shower. After I place my hair in a messy bun, throw on an old hoodie since all my other clothes are dirty and just put on some clean spandex pants.
I run back down the stairs and see E on the phone. He had it on speaker for some reason.
Grayson: seriously? You do know this means that the relationship is getting serious
I could hear him smirk
Ethan: I know I just love her so much. She's everything to me. I was thinking about pro-
Mia (shouting in the background): HI BROOKE!
Crap.
I walk down the stairs and wave to E awkwardly.
"I got to go" he hangs up the phone quickly.
His face turns. Slight shade of red.
"Did you hear all that"
"Some"
"Up to what"
"To the last part"
He sighs "did you know what I was going to say"
He couldn't have said proposing. We're too young, at least I think I am. But if he did I couldn't say no.
"No" I lie and tell the truth at the same time
"Good" he sighs in relief
