열아홉

"why'd you have to drink so much when you can't even handle yourself?" taehyung complained as he dragged jimin into his house.

jimin huffed, "i can handle myself well enough. why did you drag me here? i was in the middle of an important business."

"yeah, chasing the man after you pulled him while he is dancing with someone else? that's not how it works, chim," taehyung said, forcing jimin to sit on the couch. he sternly told him to sit down while he brings water from kitchen. but jimin was too bubbly, too unconscious to listen to anything that taehyung said. by the time taehyung was back jimin was stumbling his way across the hall to taehyung's room. taehyung groaned as he followed him into his room and made him sit there on the sofa.

"drink," he ordered handing jimin the glass of water. jimin pouted but with taehyung standing over his head he reluctantly drank his water.

"you're dominating," jimin mumbled lowly, complaining to taehyung like a little child. taehyung was in the middle of a laugh when jimin spoke his next sentence, making him choke in-between his laugh. "you always had been."

     "jimin, no-"

"no! lemme speak for fucking once!" jimin raised his voice. he was too drunk to be sure of what he was speaking. this happened very rarely but whenever it did jimin would somehow bring the problems of their relationship back and it was no less than torture for taehyung. because the next day, jimin wouldn't remember what he had said while taehyung would, he never forgets what jimin says, especially when he was drunk. because whenever jimin is drunk out if his mind, he speaks his heart out which he never usually does.

jimin had not even started and taehyung was so close to loosing his shit. "chim, it's all in the past. we're friends now. nothing matters," taehyung pleaded, his hands held jimin's shoulders in a weak hold.

"you're so good as a friend. why couldn't you have had been as good of a boyfriend? do you how bad i miss the old us?" jimin sobbed, continuously hitting taehyung's chest as the taller was sitting on his knees in front of the shorter boy.

taehyung was constantly shaking his head, mumbling no please stop, but jimin was in his own world as he continually blamed taehyung of their bad relationship. he blamed himself too but he gave taehyung more of the blame. it was true though, both of them knew that taehyung was at more fault.

"i just want someone to love me," jimin cried, his palms pressing against his face.

"i did," taehyung mumbled as his eyes welled up too.

"but you ruined it." jimin sighed, looking at taehyung painfully, with his eyes full. "you and jackson did."

the past comes back to me every time, and it hurts like hell
