"we need your new neighbor."
jungkook walked closer to them, a frown painted on his face. "jimin?" they all nodded in unison. "how do you even know him?" jungkook was confused.
"it's a long story. all that is important now is that he's a dancer. a very good dancer to be exact," jaebum said as he carefully pulled hoseok's injured leg on his lap.
hoseok thanked him before turning to jungkook. "he might even be better than almost all of us," he smiled sadly before continuing, "i can't dance for the coming two weeks. we need him."
"why him? i can probably do it," jungkook raised his brows. he wasn't desperate for dancing but the way they were talking about jimin, he wanted to know what was so special about him.
"it's just.." hoseok looked at jackson for help but he simply shrugged. "i thought you won't have time and-"
jungkook laughed lowly, in disbelief, "i'm pretty sure by the looks you're talking, you don't want me. you want him. it's not about me being busy and shit. c'mon tell me now."
"he is a real good dancer. that's the only reason we need him," jackson stated but jungkook was still not satisfied, he huffed in annoyance. jackson decided to tell him the truth. "he is better than you, me and probably at the same level with hoseok. we need him and not you or anyone else is because he does contemporary, ballet and hip-hop. he's flexible, like real-"
"he's not as flexible as hobi but he's closest to what we need right now," jaebum interrupted.
"i have seen that video of him. he is really good. he is better than me," hoseok said as smiled.
"he's not." jaebum disagreed.
"but you can't deny that he's very very good." jackson said. he and jaebum seem to have some kind of disagreement from the way they were looking at each other.
jungkook ignored them and looked at hoseok, "again, how do you know him?"
"i don't. jackson does."
jungkook sighed and asked, "so, now you want to ask him, right?"
hoseok shook his head a little. "we want you to ask him."
"why me?"
"because jackson can't, jaebum won't and well, i don't really know him. but you must've talked to him a couple of times, you can pursue him and mayb-"
"wait, pursue? there's a difference between asking and pursuing someone." jungkook frowned.
"well from what i know, he quit for some serious shit what no one knows. and you need to pursue him. and you already know how. i still remember the way he was shy when he gave me that parcel of yours," hoseok smiled cheekily as jungkook free awkward. "don't hurt him just.. we really need him. so sweet talk him into joining us."
"i can't lie." jungkook bit his lip.
"you won't lie. just remind him how much he loved to dance. you'll probably be helping him come back to something he loved. i saw it in his moves, the love he had for dancing."
jungkook nodded, "i'll try."
