Inside the woods…

Haku is currently gathering herbs while wearing a pink kimono. A bird alighted on his shoulder, he turned his head and smiled innocently and cheerily at the bird. But suddenly the bird flew away, just as Haku noticed, that there was someone lying on the ground. As he got closer, he saw that it was Naruko, who was sleeping from exhausting on the ground. Her hair was out of her usual pigtails and birds sat beside her head and nestled flowers in her hair.

Haku blinked. 'Isn't that, this kawaii girl..?' He walked towards her, wondering why she was surrounded by a crowd of birds.

The birds flew away, disturbed from Haku's presence and so gave him a perfect look at what they did. Haku tried to suppress his squeal as he noticed how innocent Naruko laid there and as he saw the beautiful, colorful flowers in her golden, shiny hair. He slowly reached for her...

Meanwhile inside Tazuna's house…

''Ohayo!'' Sakura said tired, while yawning. She slowly walked towards the table, where Kakashi, Sasuke, Tazuna and Inari sat and flopped down on a chair as well.

Tsunami placed her breakfast before her. ''Here.'' She smiled friendly.

''Thank you." Sakura thanked her with a small smile.

Kakashi looked around in worry. 'Where are you, Naru? I have a bad feeling today...' He frowned worried, what was hidden behind his mask.

''Naruko didn't come back last night, either?'' Tazuna asked curiously. 'I like that blond gaki, I hope nothing has happened!'

''She's such a fool, she's been out every night, climbing trees. She might be dead already from using up too much Chakra.'' Sakura sighed annoyed.

''I wonder if Naruko-chan's okay.'' Tsunami said worried, too. ''To think a child's out in the middle of the night.''

''Well, you don't need to worry. Although she may not seems to be, she's a full-fledged ninja.'' Kakashi shrugged easily. 'I hope…' He thought because he couldn't help but worry about his sensei's daughter and sighed.

''I wonder…'' Sasuke looked at them. ''That idiot is probably all spent right about now.'' He stood up and walked to the door.

''Sasuke-kun?'' Sakura looked at him, confused.

''I'm going for a walk.'' He just said shortly like always as he left the room.

'So, he's also worried about Naru…' Kakashi narrowed his eye at that, as he looked after him.

''But we're about to eat…'' Sakura insisted, but as she looked at Sasuke's plate, it was empty. ''That was fast!" Her eyebrow twitched in surprise.

Back in the woods…

Haku sat beside Naruko and reached out to her. He gently shook her awake. ''You'll catch a cold if you keep sleeping here.'' He looked concerned at her.
