13. Would Would I Be?

I sometimes wonder what my life would be like if I never got into horses... Would I be one of those people who admire these beautiful animals from afar? But never get the courage up to actually touch one. Would I be into regular high school things like drama club, student council, parties? Would I be a druggy? Would I drink? Some peopel say horse back riding isn't a sport. Others swear on their life that it is. But to me, horse back riding is something that has shaped me into what I am. Without it, I would probably be lost. I wouldn't be who I am today. I'm strong, I"m independent, I'm fierce, I'm loyal, I'm compassionate, I'm respectful, and I'm brave. I'm also stubborn. But I'm ok with that. I love the person I am today. I love what being an equestrian has done for me. Some people go their whole life without being inspired. I'm inspired every day. How many people can do what we do?! How many people are terrified of these animals that we sit ourselves upon, and dare to trust?! So yeah. I'm happy with who I am.
