You listened to the radio as you read your book, waiting for Envy to come back with your dinner.
"We have a missing person! Their name is Maria Brooks and she's been reported as missing. She has short brown hair and green eyes. If anyone has seen her, please call this number. (Number). She's about 22 years old..." The radio droned on about the girl.
You stared at the radio. That's the second missing person this week. It made you wonder, what the hell was going on? Was there a kidnapped on the loose or were they just running away? What if they weren't even alive? You worried a bit. You didn't want Envy getting overprotective. He's already super possessive over you, you didn't need him being super overprotective over you now. You sighed and decided it would be better just to not tell him and hope that he never heard about it. One little secret wouldn't hurt...right?
