Tanner's pov

I was breaking. Losing Jake was the worst thing in my life. The first week I drank and I had no one. But Shawn saved me. He started to visit me and he helped me stop drinking and turn my life around. He even left jake and his friends even when I was in the wrong. He's a true friend but I wanted to make things semi right with Jake. He'll probably never forgive me but it's worth a shot.

Jake's pov

Ive been happy. Really happy. The toxic people have left and now I have all my friends that support me through everything. I woke up today and got ready. Then I walked downstairs and sat at the counter for breakfast

P:Can I ask why
J:It's just I'm surrounded by people who genuinely love and care about me

I finished my last bit of food then grabbed my bag and headed out. Once I arrived at school I snuck up behind Erika and picked her up. I spun her around then put her back down. She laughed at me while I pulled her close to me

I kissed Erika but she grabbed my shirt and pulled me closer making it a little make out session while the whole school watched and awwed. Me and Erika laughed then held hands and walked to our first class. We all got through the first part of school and sat at lunch. Me and Erika sat next to each other we held hands. We would kiss occasionally and everyone would Aww me and Erika would blush and laugh. I felt someone behind me so I looked behind me and I saw Tanner standing their. I rolled my eyes then turned towards my group. He tapped on my shoulders so I got up and walked into the hall headed for the bathroom when he pulled my arm that's when I almost lost it. I grabbed his collar and pushed him against the wall.

J:Listen I don't want to talk you. I have no means to talk to you. You betrayed me I can't trust you anymore. So stay away from me and my friends
Ta:Can you please just meet me at the end of the day
J:Fuck you

I let him go and walked back to the cafeteria.

Erika's pov

When Jake walked back into the cafeteria he looked angry and upset so I got up and grabbed his hand. I pulled him into a closet and turned the lights on. I grabbed his collar and kissed home passionately. I moved my arms around Jakes neck and he pulled me closer to him. We continued to make out and Jake slid his hand down my back to my butt. He grabbed it and pushed myself more into him. Jake picked me up and pushed me gently against the door. We made out for a little longer then I pulled away and held his face
