When I woke up this morning I smelled the breakfast food that my mom was starting to make. I rolled out of bed then got in the shower. After I showered I got dressed then headed downstairs. My mom put food on my plate then put food on hers then sat next to me

P:Happy Monday
J:Ugh
P:*chuckles* Morning sweetheart
J:Morning Mom
P:How did you sleep
J:Fine I just don't wanna go to school
P:You only got a few months left
J:I know I know
P:How's Erika haven't seen her in a while
J:Good but Mom you realize you've been gone for a week so
P:I know but she's usually over during the weekends
J:Yeah she was just you weren't home yet
P:Ok sweetheart
J:I'll probably go over to her house later
P:Fine leave your mom
J:*chuckles* sorry Mom but I'll be back home
P:I know jake

I talked with my mom until we finished eating breakfast. I cleaned the dishes up then grabbed my bag and headed out to school

J:Bye mom
P:Bye Jake I'll see you later
J:I love you
P:I love you too

I got in my car then drove to school. When I got to school I walked inside and went to find Erika. She was at her locker like usual so I kissed her neck then smiled as she jumped

E:Jesus Jake you have to stop doing that
J:Yeah yeah
E:*laughs* Hey

Erika stood in front of me and kissed me for a few seconds. I pulled away then Erika finished getting her stuff. She closed her locker then gave me a long kiss. I smiled at her then we started to walk to class. As we walked to class talking this blonde girl walked past us she looked a little familiar but we kept walking then I heard my name do I turned around. It was the blonde girl and when I saw her face I realized that it was my best friend from elementary and middle school, Layla she moved away before HighSchool. I haven't seen her in years

La:Jake?
J:Layla?
La:Omg Hey its been like forever!
J:Hi how have you been
La:Great you?
J:Same here

I hugged Layla then we continued to talk while Erika stood next to me

J:Are you staying at school now
La:Yeah
J:Why so late
La:My mom got her job back here so we were able to move back
J:That's great
La:Yeah you look great by the way
J:Thank you so do you
La:Who's the girl
J:Oh this is Erika she's my girlfriend
La:Then it's nice to meet you
E:Same here Jake I'm gonna head to class
J:Bye Rik I'll be there in a minute
E:Ok

Erika kissed me then walked away

La:She's pretty
J:Yeah I know
La:What happened to Alissa you guys seemed to like each other
J:Long story short she cheated on me
La:Aw I'm sorry
J:It's fine I found someone better but I should go we'll catch up later
La:Yeah bye
J:Bye

I smiled then walked to class.
