Yi-Sun's POV

Alucard's cause of death ended up being from blood loss. The person that committed it not only put bullets in him, but wounds from a blade were found too.

It was determined that Alucard got shot at 3-4 times first to either end him there, disable him so they could go in with a knife, or just slow him down.

Since a blade was used after putting bullets into Alucard, it's likely a crime of passion. So there's a higher chance that it's one of the girls that are more invested in Alucard.

Thus it's unlikely for it to be Alice, Rafaela, and Aurora.

I received a call the next morning telling me that Ruby is ready for questioning and is down at the station.

Entering the interrogation room Roger was sitting beside her, I nodded at him before taking a seat across them.

"Do you know anyone that might want to hurt Alucard?"

Ruby sighs, "No...it makes no sense to kill him if we all like him..."

"You don't think any of them were selfish enough to decide that if they can't have him, nobody will?"

At that she shakes her head, "Well...I feel like Layla would. She has no problem flirting with Alucard the moment she and Clint has a fight." She spits out the last sentence.

"Are you willing to offer your DNA?" She nods.

"Okay, well after we get your DNA, we should be done for today." I leave the interrogation room and head over to catch up with the others.

"Any of them a known marksman?" They nod.

"Clint is, Lancelot nah, he's just a pretty boy. But, the girls Miya and Layla, they are."

"Well, can someone get there hands on Layla? There's a lot of questions to be asked." One of them grabs a phone.

"Has the DNA we currently have been sent to the lab?" They nod.

"Okay, well I'm going to go back to the crime scene. Maybe I can find something."

The scene was like any standard homicide scene. Apparently they have found bullets and it's a match to a standard pistol.

Maybe one of them owns a firearm...I start peeking around the other rooms. Broken window, four holes in the glass, bullet entries. Skilled marksman for sure.

I note everything else I find and decide to head back to the office to check if the DNA results are in for the blonde hair found with Alucard.

On arrival I ask about the DNA, the results are back, but nobody looks very pleased about it.

I check the paper, the hair doesn't match any of the main suspects-Layla, Miya, Lancelot, or Odette...it doesn't actually match Alucard's hair either.

Back to the drawing board...
