15-Promises Promises

We see Cassandra walk into the girls bathroom. Kayla, Sam, Ariana, Amy and Jackie follow her in. They see Cassandra lock herself in the handicap bathroom. The girls look at each other in sympathy. We see Kayla walk up to the stall as Sam locks the door to the bathroom so no one else can come in.

Kayla: "Cass, come on. You don't need to hide from us."

Kayla and the other girls hear light sobs coming from the stall.

Ariana: "We're here for you Cassandra."

The girls still continue to hear Cassandra crying.

Amy: "I'm going to see if I can get a chocolate something from the kitchen."

Kayla: "The chef is going to kick you out for being back there."

Amy: "Kayla...can you just let me help out without commenting for a minute?"

Kayla: "I'm just letting you know. I was back there before looking for Sarah and he kicked me out."

Amy: "You always have to have the last word don't you?"

The rest of the girls look between Kayla and Amy. Kayla just rolls her eyes and faces the stall Cassandra is in once again.

Kayla: "Brownie sundae or ice cream Cass?"

Cassandra doesn't answer Kayla. Kayla looks at the rest of the girls before she looks at Amy.

Amy: "I'll...just bring both."

The girls watch Amy leave.

Ariana: "What should we do while we wait for Amy to come back?"

Jackie: "I don't know. How bad do you think it is?"

Sam: "Her husband cheated on her with someone from the restaurant's staff during our high school reunion. What do you think?"

Kayla: "Guys, I don't think our little conversation is helping."

Cassandra:"Whispering isn't helping either...I can hear every word."

We see the girls look at the stall. They look at each other visibly feeling worse than they did before. Kayla looks at the rest of the girls then starts to walk out of the bathroom.

Sam: "Now, where are you going?"

Kayla: "Don't worry about it, I'll be back soon. Just make sure Amy comes back with the food."

The girls watch Kayla leave as she storms out of the bathroom and back towards the dinning hall.

We hear music playing in the dining hall. We see Kayla sit at the bar. As she waits for the bartender we see her scan the room. Not finding the person she is looking for, Kayla turns back to the bar.

Jake: "Can I get you something?"

Kayla looks into the dining hall. She finds the person she is looking for and gets up from her seat at the bar.

Kayla: "No, that's okay. Thank you."

We see someone watch Kayla walk into the dining hall straight for JP. We see it is Cameron who is watching Kayla.

Cameron: "Oh, this can't be good."

We see Cameron get up at walk towards Kayla. JP is dancing with some random girl. Kayla taps her on the shoulder causing her to turn around. The girl looks at Kayla.

Kayla: "Don't try too hard sweetie. He's not wearing his ring, but I wanted to let you know this guy is married."

The girl looks at JP in shock before leaving him alone on the dance floor. JP and Kayla just look at each other while everyone continues dancing. We see Cameron standing behind Kayla, Kayla not knowing he is there.

JP: "So...what's up?"

Kayla: "I don't know, you tell me."

JP: "She's really upset, isn't she?"

Kayla: "Do you think I'd be here, standing in front of you pissed off if she wasn't?"

JP: "Look Kayla, I don't expect you to understand. We-"

Kayla: "Are you kidding me? What am I missing? You and Cassandra are married, husband and wife. You are supposed to be loyal to her, you are supposed to love her unconditionally. You're not supposed to cheat on her multiple times with various women after you promise her time and time again it won't happen again."

The DJ stops the music once again as everyone watches Kayla yell at JP. Cameron looks from Kayla to JP in discuss, unaware JP had done this before.

JP: "So, she told you."

Kayla: "I'm her best friend."

We see JP just nod his head and look down at his feet. Kayla is just looking at him waiting for him to say something.

Kayla: "Oh my god. You're not even sorry about it...about any of it."

JP, still looking down at his feet, then at Kayla.

JP: "Tell her I'm sorry?"

We see Kayla let out a hard chuckle shake her head in disbelief before smacking JP across the face.

Kayla: "Consider that the answer to your question AND a gift from Cassandra."

We see JP holding his face in his hand. Kayla turns around, walking away from JP. She sees Cameron and stops walking. They stare at each other for a couple of seconds before Kayla walks out of the dining hall. JP and Cameron are left with people staring at them. JP looking to Cameron for some help.

Cameron: "Don't look at me man. You deserved it. If not from Kayla, then Cassandra."

Cameron leaves the dance floor to look for Kayla, leaving JP on the dance floor alone.
