I had woken up a little later and I noticed it was still day time. I stood up and changed quickly into the old clothing that was here, I slipped the new daggers on my waist and I walked out. I walked into the room I heard voices from and I saw all the dwarves, along with Lord Elrond, the hobbit and Gandalf. Except Lord Elrond was at a separate table with Thorin, Gandalf and Bilbo.
I bowed my head down as I entered, I sat next to Fili and he smiled at me. I smiled back and looked at Ori who held up a green vegetable. I laughed quietly and watched him, Dori looked at him as well "try it, just a mouthful" I looked down smiling when I heard Ori speak up "I don't like green food" I looked up and chuckled "Eat it Master dwarf, it's healthy" I laughed as he shook his head and placed it down.
After the feast and many talks later it was now night and we all sat around, Bombur was sat on a bench and Bofur smirked and held up a sausage "Bombur!" He looked up and caught the sausage that was thrown at him, the bench creaked and it soon broke beneath him. Everyone laughed and I chuckled, I noticed Fili stand up and walk out, causing me to stand up and follow him. Some of the dwarves started hooting and I could already tell Thorin and Dwalin glaring at the other dwarves.
I saw Fili stop at a balcony and I stood next to him, I looked at the view. After a couple minutes of silence I decided to break it "beautiful isn't it" I look down at the dwarf prince and he nods, still looking at the view "indeed it is" I smiled and walked over to a chair, I sat down and looked at Fili "what do you plan on doing after you reclaim Erebor?" Fili looked over and sighed "I don't know" he spoke quietly, but I could still hear him.
After speaking with him for about an hour or two, I had been getting tired "Goodnight Fili, sleep well" I smiled and walked off to my bedroom. I slipped on a night gown and I slipped into my bed, I covered myself with the blanket and I had fallen asleep rather quickly.
The next morning I had woken up, but the skies were still dark. I shrugged it off and I stood up, I changed back into the clothes I had been wearing for this adventure. I slung on my quiver along with my bow and I put my newly found daggers on my sides.
I walked out and I walked onto a bridge, I noticed Fili walking over to me "m'lady, what are you doing up so early" I shook my head and looked at the stars and watched how they slowly disappeared and the sun started peaking through the trees. He looked up as well and I started walking away. He followed quickly after me "Princess! Wait!" I looked at the dwarf "why do you want me to wait Master Dwarf?" He looked surprised and he walked over as I looked down at him "you speak dwarvish?" I nod "I speak many languages Fili" I smiled and we started walking around while talking.
I heard news of us leaving early and I wanted to say goodbye but Thorin was eager to leave so I left a note on my bed saying goodbye and that I would visit if I ever got the chance. I noticed Bilbo looked back at Rivendell and I heard Thorin "Be on your guard; we're about to step over the edge of the Wild. Balin, you know these paths; lead on" Balin nodded a bit "Aye" he walked ahead and started leading. I stood next to Bilbo looking at Rivendell when Thorin spoke up "Master Baggins, I suggest you keep up" Bilbo looked back and nodded. I then followed Bilbo up the mountain.
When we all took a break by the Misty Mountains I was energetic and ready to continue. When we started the path was wide, now it was narrow and I mentally cursed. When we were crossing it started raining harshly and there was tons of lightning and thunder "if only my brother was here" I sighed and heard Thorin yell "Hold On!" After I heard a shriek by the side of me. I looked over and saw a rock fall from Bilbo's feet and he almost fell, but Dwalin pulled him back. We continued till I heard Thorin yell again "We must find shelter!" I nodded in agreement when suddenly Dwalin yelled "Watch out!" We all look up and see a massive boulder hurdle through the air and it hit right above us, causing rocks pieces to shower over us, I didn't move back in time so bits and pieces of rocks cut my face. I hiss and move closer to the wall "This is no thunderstorm; it's a thunder battle! Look!" I looked at saw a stone giant rear up and tear off a piece of rock from the mountain "Well bless me, the legends are true. Giants; Stone Giants!" We all then try to move on "take cover: you'll fall!" I heard Thorin yell then I heard Kili "what's happening?" I see the first giant throw a boulder far into the air then the rock we were on started moving. I looked up seeing the boulder that was thrown hit the head of the one we were on, I freeze in fear and I look at the first one. The giant we stood on started standing up so we split into two sides, Kili was in front of me and I was absolutely frightened "Kili! Grab my hand! Ki..." We were separated and I held onto the rock for dear life. As the stone giants started to fight with their fists I stared in horror "Kili! We will fall off, we need to try to find a sa..." I started to say but I saw the Giant we were on fell and we started to fall, we hit the other side but I was the only one taller than everyone so I ended up smacking my face in the rock floor and I screamed in pain. I noticed the giant had fell and I covered my face as I noticed it was bleeding heavily.
