You and me against the world,
Together,
Forever.
- unnerved.
Or so I thought,
Up until I saw your angelic façade slip.
I was so down in the dumps,
So upset with every O N E.
So I took a dip,
A dip of danger.
I was running through speeding traffic,
Diving in 12 foot deep pools even though I had no idea how to swim,
I was just overall provoking the goddamn devil.
So I took an anvil,
Lord knows where I even got one,
And I stomped it on my foot
I stomped it on my leg
And most importantly,
I stomped it on my head.
What could become of me with the loss of my memory?
Nothing good of cause.
So when I finally awoke,
-Plus the sore, sore throat-
You can probably guess that my mind was as broken
as an old video game being played over and over.
"W-what happened? Who are you? Why a-am I here?"
"Oh darling, don't you worry. We're in it together forever..."
And with that said evilly,
I realized that I was his legally.
So I speedily removed the cursed ring,
And made a move for running.
But of cause,
He was hot on my heels.
I just had to accept that he was coming,
And there was nothing I could do but sing
Sad songs people had randomly created for broken moments like these.
