Sayori X Reader

ch 3. At the Hospital

You wake up from a terrible dream in the hospital. "What the hell.." you murmur. "Oh thank goodness your awake! I was so worried about you." A familiar voice shouts. "Ah jeez, that was loud." You stutter out.

You slowly open your eyes and let them adjust. Sitting in front of you is Sayori. You jump up and almost hit her forehead with yours. She gasps lightly, and you take in a sharp breath. "Where the hell am I." You say quickly. "I uh...." Sayori trails off as you reach up and touch her face. It's warm. It's alive. She has a pulse. You check yourself and you, too, have a pulse.

This is real.
This can't be real.
This is real.

You start to fade away again, and faintly hear Sayori panic. You sit back up. "Is there any water..." You whisper softly. "Yes! I'll go get some! Stay awake (y/n) please." She begs you. You nod, and she hesitantly heads out, almost tripping in her state of panic.

She walks back in a couple minutes later, and hands you a tray with water, hot cocoa, and something that looks like Jell-O. It's hospital food. The room has a hospital smell that makes your sick. You drink all the water and try to stomach some of the Jell-O. Sayori looks at you nervously, and starts talking. "I know this is really weird and I don't know when I became aware of anything but.... This isn't a game. It's a real world. But.. we have to follow a script or Monika.... She'll...." Sayori shudders and shuts her eyes tightly.

You listen to her attentively and she seems nervous. Monika is dangerous but if this is a real world... And she has the power to control people and make them die and come alive again, and delete all of it..... You need to help them. But first, you really need rest. "I'm gonna... Rest now..." You trail off quietly, and she nods and grabs your hand. "Sleep well. But.... Don't go back to earth. We still need your help here on.... And..." Everything she says starts fading out as you pass out. All there is is quiet.
