Chapter 16

They all nodded.

One after each other we opened gifts and said our thanks. Of course there was some of the generic gifts, socks, boxers and that sort of stuff.

It was a generally really nice experience. Everyone was together and we were all having fun. It was amazing. Never before have I had a family to be with at Christmas, so this is a really big change for me.

"There's one more under there.."

Lena said from the other side of the room. Lisa scurried over quickly hoping it was for her.

"It's mine!"

She squealed. I giggled to myself. Of course I knew what it was, I had got it for her.

"Who's it from?"

She asked, I coughed.

"I guess Santa brought it for you.."

We all laughed. Then we stopped as she delved into the packaging. It was a Wellendorff box. Her eyes lit up. She slowly looked up to me, I just smiled.

"Open it.."

She opened it slowly.

"No way!"

Her face lit up and she jumped onto me. I laughed. She jumped off and put it on. It was a ring. More specifically diamond encrusted and engraved, which said, 'By your side.'

"Do you like it?"

She nodded.

"I love it Liam!"

She jumped on me again and kissed me.

"Get a room."

Tom said from the other sofa. I just laughed. I picked Lisa up and sat her on me.

"There you go."

She borrowed her head into my chest and wrapped her legs around mine.

"It's getting late, I'll clean all of this up in the morning."

Tom and lena nodded. They both walked upstairs and left me and Lisa alone.

"So..."

She raised her eyes too me.

"You know.. you wanna.."

She nodded her head,

"Of course."

We raced to the kitchen to find food.

"I've got ice cream!"

I yelled, I grabbed a spoon and run upstairs to my room.

"Oh no you don't.."

She chased me the entire way, until we were lying on my bed.

"I guess you can have some..."

She smiled and took the entire tub. I just shook my head, and went into the bathroom.

"I'll be just getting changed."

I took off the trousers and shirt I had, leaving me just in my boxers. I walked in as she jumped back into bed. I noticed a few of her clothes on the ground.

Yes, she was in her underwear.
