chapter 8: collab?!

I woke up from my alarm which is seventeen's BOOM BOOM. I showered and did my morning routine then got changed into black jeans and a gray oversized hoodie. We all went to the practice room but they told me to try and come up with a new song since I made our first song, "Mesmerize". I go to the production room and sat down

I grab the guitar and started playing some chords. Ughh. Why does this sound terrible? The guitar is not the problem, it's me. I got really frustrated so I gave up. *knock knock* who could that be? I open the door and gasped. "Jun?!" I said overdramatically. "Uhhh....... Hi?" He said then had a confused look on his face.

"Why are you here? And i thought you were sick just yesterday?" I asked. "Well you see, fevers don't last forever so i got healed quickly yesterday thanks to you, and now i'm much better!" He said. Thanks to me? I just put a wet towel on his forehead though. Nvm.

"You're welcome." I said and smiled genuinely. "You're pretty when you smile." He said straight to my face.
"B-Bwo?!" I said wit widening eyes.

I blushed and hid my face. "Yah! Why are you saying such nonsense huh? Your thank you is enough and if you're trying to prank me or something i'll kick your-"

"I'm not pranking you." He said with sincerity in his words. Does he really mean it?

I just replied with an "ok" since i didn't know what to say.

Then he took the guitar and helped me figure things out. He helped me creating a tune and I made the lyrics. Omo. This is daebak! A thought suddenly popped up in my head.

"Jun!!~" i said excitedly as i shake him slightly and i could tell that he got shocked because of his facial expression.

"Yah, you scared me. What do you need?" He asked. "COLLAB!!"

"Collab wha?- OH! a collab! That's a great idea." He said also excitement seen in his eyes. "Let's inform everyone later?" I ask him. "Ne. You tell eclipse, and i tell seventeen. Deal?" He then stretched his hand out for a highfive. "Deal." i said with a smile on my face and i highfive him.

After hours of making the song, we finally decided to rest and continue the next following days. Me and Jun are so ready to tell everyone. Ahhh! I can't waiitttt.

"UNNIIEEEEEESSSSS!!" I scream on the top of my lungs as soon as i entered our apartment. Then i heared footsteps coming towards my room's direction and the next thing i knew was all of the members were in my room opening the door panicking.

"WAE? WHO'S HERE?!"

"YERI-SSI WHERE'S THE FIRE?"

"YAH WHAT DID YOU DO NOW?!"

"I SWEAR CHOI YERI IF THIS IS ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR STUPID ASS PRANKS I WILL KILL YOU."

each one of them said. They were all sweating because of how fast they went to me. "G-GUYS!" I said out of excitement as they look around my room to check what's wrong then looking back at me to see if i got hurt. Then, they gave me a look that told me to keep talking.

"S-SEVENTEEN. WEAREGOINGTOFREAKINGCOLLABWITHTHEMAHJSLKDJJSM"
I managed to say out loud but it just all sounded like i said some type of ritual in alien's language.

"Wtf did you say? Speak clearer kid, we don't understand you." Unnie Sooji told me. I breathe in. "Seventeen.and.eclipse.we.are.going.
to.collab." i said calmly. Then all of their eyes widened and they all jumped up and down while screaming.

"WAIT, YOU MEAN, THE SEVENTEEN?!" Unnie Sooji said not believing my words.

"yesyesyes!!" i said excitedly. Okay, i know you're probably thinking why we are all acting crazy about this collab even though we are close friends with seventeen. But dude! This is our FIRST collab and it is going to be with THE seventeen!

"Omo, omo! This is fu-" Unnie Bea almost cursed but got cut off by unnie Hyori. "Yah! Young lady don't you even dare curse in front of everyone! Especially our maknae, Yeri." She said like a strict mother.

"Mian. BUT LIKE THIS IS SO FLIPPING COOL DUDE!" Unnie Bea said. Me, unnie Sooji, and unnie Mia just laughed. Aish, these girls.

"So, when so we start recording? And can we at least hear even just a little sneek peak of the song?" Unnie Mia asked me curiously and they all looked at me waiting for my answer.
"Well, actually me and Jun just finished writing the song earlier. So maybe next week?" I said also unsure of my answer. "Wah! Daebak. You just wrote it today?" i nodded my head. "And you wrote it with Jun? Oooohhh! What song is it, huh? Yeri-ssi? Is it a love song?" Unnie Bea teased me and they all followed by giving me a weird look. "A-Actually, yes. But we thought of a new concept so the love song is not just a lovey dovey kind of song, but instead, a heartbroken love song. We talked about it. We are going to be bestfriends with seventeen in the MV, then eventually start developing some feelings for them. Then, when we confess, they don't accept it and leave us. Therefore we get hurt and write this song." I said trying my best to explain.

"Woah! That is a really good concept you and Jun made Yeri! Since the youth in our generation right now can probably relate since the situation can simply happen in real life. Amazing!" Unnie Mia said quite impressed. I nod my head proudly. "Ne, that's what we thought too." I smiled. Then, we just talked about more of the collab shenanigans and didn't realize that it was already getting dark. All of us were tired and decided to go to sleep.

I can't wait for this collab.
