chapter 17: with the boys

*splash* woah. What was that? It felt real at first but then i saw the swimming pool. Weird. I don't remember being here. I wipe the water off of my face.

"hahaha you look cute babe." i turn to see the mysterious man that called me "babe". Jun? Why are we here in the pool? And why did he just call me babe? The last thing i remember is that my besties went over my house to plan everything but suddenly we're together? But i'm not complaining though, it's just a bit weird. I shrug the thought out of my head and i lay down on the chairs in front of the pool. I felt the breeze surround me, i felt relaxed. *splash* i swear to god wen junhui if you do that again imma have to snatch your weave boo.

*splash*

*splash* oh, jun you are so dead.

*SPLASH*

"...... Bahahahahahah hyung look, she doesn't even feel the water splashing her face."

"YERI-SSIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!" i suddenly heard which made me open my eyes up in an instant. I covered my ears because of the deafening sound i just heard. Seungkwan? He was the one splashing water on my face and dk held the bucket of water for him while jihoon was filming the entire thing and minghao was just as confused and shocked as me since he also just woke up. Also, seungkwan and dokyeom were the ones that screamed my name and almost killed me with their high notes. I rub my eyes out of frustration.

"good morning guys." i said to them calmly. They all had shocked expressions except for the8 who still felt sleepy and unhesitantly went to my bed and slept beside me. I didn't mind though. "so umm.. hahaha........ DO YOU GUYS NOT KNOW THE FUCKING WORD "RESPECT" BECAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE YOU DON'T KNOW IT YET." i said pissed af. They all looked scared. Even minghao woke up from my scream.

"woah. Chill yeri, hahaha it was just a prank." seokmin said still looking nervous but he looked like he wanted to calm me down. "oh HA. HA. HA. That was so funny guys, ruining someone's sleep. Just because you said that it was a prank doesn't make it funnier. Ughhh just, leave me alone, jebal." i said burying my face with my favorite big fluffy pillow and i tried sleeping again. I heard them sincerely mumbling "mian, yeri-ssi." i just nodded and went back to sleep.

I woke up with someone's arm wrapped around my waist. And then i felt their face buried to the crook of my neck. It felt so comfy, like cuddling. But i don't have a boyfriend. My eyes widen as i slowly turn my head to find out who it was. Minghao? Oh, yeah. I remember. He slept beside me earlier. I try to calm myself down and not feel weird but my cheeks were blushing hard. I finally gave up and tried waking the boy up.

"hao"

"minghao~" i said trying to remove his hand protectively wrapped in my waist but i couldn't. His grip was too strong but it didn't hurt me. I turn around and face him as i shook his body slightly. He still didn't move. Then i didn't notice that i was staring at him. His face matched the lighting perfectly. His arms were exposed and i saw his muscles. His face looking angelic and his outfit. A black tank top and black sweatpants. It screams boyfriend. Good lord help me.

"enjoying the view?" he said which got me shocked and i quickly averted my vision to his eyes that were already looking at mine. He had a smirk on his face that made him..... Hot. Staaaappp it's like i'm getting bias wrecked by my friend because jun is my bias. Oh my god is this how carats feel? (yes hunny) i finally understand them.

I hid my face with my hands because of embarassment. "aniyo, i wasn't staring pabo. like, ew." i said having a disgusted look on my face but still blushing. You are so convincing yeri.

"ouch, that hurts" he said quietly as he pouted and held his chest. How can he be cute but hot at the same time? Geez, carats, sorry if i realized this just now. I said "awww" out of the blue and i pinched his cheeks which made him sheepishly smile at me which made me smile even bigger. This boy is too precious, i wanna give the whole world to him.

Then the door busted open. We both look at the door. "yer-OH MY GOD WHY ARE YOU GUYS SO CLOSE TO EACH OTHER?! DID YOU JUST KISS?! OMFG IM GONNA TELL JUN HYUNG!!? seungkwan overreacted and dk and jihoon peeked instantly. Oh my god. "OMO YERI HOW COULD YOU DO THIS!?" dk followed.

"guys, chill. they slept in the bed together earlier right? When we were pranking yeri? They were probably just talking. Freaking dramatic asses." woozi said while hitting seungkwan and dk's heads.

"yes, we were just talking. Stop making issues you brats." i said agreeing to jihoon. I looked at him and gave a thanks-dude-look. He nodded in response. He's a real one.

We ate breakfast since my unnies were out to go on different places. Unnie Bea had a rehearsal for being an MC for Inkigayo 2018, Sooji unnie had a show guesting at weekly idol, Hyori unnie was filming a commercial for skincare products and unnie Mia had a photoshoot for VOGUE. Damn, they have a lot to do. Good thing i was free.
