I woke up from the sound of my phone that was continuously beeping. I groan but got it and unlocked the damn phone.

Joshua? Why does he want to talk with me? Omg. Is it about the confession thing we never cleared out? Shibal i'm getting nervous. With my shaking hands, i reply.

I rushed out of bed and fixed my lion hair and wore jeans and a croptop. I grabbed my phone and went to the elevator. I pressed the button to the 1st floor, where jisoos is. My palms started getting sweaty, gosh i'm such an overthinker.

DING!

in no time, i was already at the first floor and i went out the elevator. I look around and see Joshua sitting down at a couch in the lobby. I walk up to him and tap his shoulder lightly.

"hey, josh?" he turned around. i missed this boy. He hugged me which made me freeze for a couple of seconds and i hugged back. I didn't realize that i was already tearing up a bit until he pulled out from the hug and wiped my tears.
"yah, don't cry Ri." he said while wiping off the tears in my cheeks. I smiled at him.

"jisoo~ mianhae. im so sorry for not talking things out with you. I missed you, pabo." i chuckled and cried tears of joy. He hugged me again and patted my back. "no it's okay. i know you felt uncomfortable and i understand you. no need to say sorry, okay?" he asked pinching my cheeks. I giggle. "okay okay, but seriously, i missed you hong." he laughed as i follow.

Then i heard my stomach grumble. Oops, i forgot to eat anything since i just woke up and i had to meet joshua. But idc. Yolo yolo yolo. Hahaha. Joshua laughed. "wae? what's funny?" i asked him. "let's go somewhere to eat, you seem hungry." then he chuckled again. I blush and facepalm but i followed him quickly. We went to this resto and we ordered our food. It felt good to talk with him again, i missed him so so much. He has been my best friend since day 1, and if i didn't get squished in the airport, we probably would've never known each other. We became comfortable around eachother again just like the old times. He has done so much things for me, like he would literally take a bullet for me. I just can't understand my stupid effing feelings though. Like, i love joshua since he understands me and he's always there for me, wouldn't he be the perfect boyfriend? Should i give him a chance?

"hello? earth to yeri?" i saw joshua's hands snapping in front of me. "huh? Oh sorry, i was just thinking about something. What were you saying again?"

he chuckled. "i said, do you want to go to the park a little bit?" he asked. I nodded. "sure, let's go." he opened the door for me. We walked to the park with comfortable silence. He was probably thinking about us too.

"hey joshua?"

"yeah?"

"do you remember when you confessed to me and you said you loved me?"

"yeah. why?"

"i think i love you too."
